The ssd seems to work well but the cloning software, and others recommended on the Crucial community site, wasted 2 days. In the end acroniswd cloned the drive in 15 seconds! But you need a Western Digital or Samsung drive in your PC.

Easy to use tool on the site to find the exact memory card I needed for my desktop. Good price for what I needed. Lost a star as it took a while to reach me through the post!

Big storage and value for money. Set up was pretty easy.

I made a purchase of a RAM memory and after 1 day I messaged them to cancel, they said they couldn't cancel but they would try to return the item by calling the delivery company, in the end, it is almost a month without the refund.

Put in both PCIe ssd and ssd hard drive in and instantly speed difference was fantastic. Parts delivered in two day and fitted easily with no issues.

It was an extremely disappointing and appalling experience, my order was cancelled without seeking my approval and was wrongly cited that I choose to change my shipping address. The customer support executive by the name Vrushabh Domal didn't heed my request and blatantly proceeded to cancel the order despite explicity stating not to do the same.

Decided to buy directly from Crucial to ensure authenticity as there are so many fakes about. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. Thankyou for a smooth service and an excellent product.

I ordered the items recommended by the Crucial system scanner and they functioned correctly. Installation was reasonably easy. My only criticism is that no delivery date was given up front so I had to check the delivery tracker website every day for a week.

I was lead to believe that the items were to be shipped from the uk and dispatched within 24 hours. It took over a week in the end to arrive. I won’t be using crucial again.

Made an order for an item that had unfortunately reached end of life and was no longer available, customer service was quick to contact me and offered me a discount on my next purchase.

I ordered my crucial X10 Pro in the UK at the UK address and was really surprised that its origin postal location was Czech Republic and used the provided postal tracker to see its movements into Germany and eventually arriving in the UK.
I had expected this to be in stock in the UK, but it was not.
The SSD itself is excellent but seeing where it came from was ridiculous.

I've been using Crucial for years without any issues. This time I needed a RAM upgrade for my iMac, finding and ordering the product was a breeze. The new memory was recognised by my system and works well.

Bought memory and an m2d internal ssd from crucial. As always, items were reliable and 100% compatible with the machine. Highly recommend crucial for all memory upgrades.
