Reliable Supplier and Excellent Service
We have been purchasing industrial components from MISUMI for several years and have always been satisfied with both the products and the service. The quality of the components consistently meets the specifications, and we have never experienced any issues with the products we received.
Delivery is impressively fast considering that the goods are shipped from the other side of the world. The packaging has always been secure, and the products have always arrived in perfect condition.
We purchase components from MISUMI regularly, with annual orders worth tens of thousands of euros, and they have proven to be a reliable supplier for our business. Based on our experience, I can confidently recommend MISUMI for industrial and engineering applications.

Your order was placed online on 1 July with payment by invoice and 30-day payment terms. On 7 July, you contacted us to request a change to credit card payment.
The payment method is selected by the customer during the online ordering process. Once an order has been confirmed and has already progressed through processing, the payment method can no longer be changed and cancellation may also no longer be possible. For this reason, we were unable to provide a credit card payment link or amend the payment terms for this order.
We understand that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but the order had already reached a stage at which no further changes could be made.

The quality is top of the line, with radius chamfers all around and measured their values to be 7,995mm and 5,995mm respectively. TLDR: Excellent site for industrial stuff, good price and smooth? shipping time.

I bought two Nylonrope spring balancers…
I bought two Nylonrope spring balancers and after receiving the goods I realized that it has no use for my application because it lacks the brake function. After contacting MiSUMi their representative kindly offered refund. Also, they will help me to find a spring balancer with suitable properties.
