I ordered seat covers for my motorhome and had some problems with the armrests. The seat covers were absolutely fine and we were pleased with them.
After contacting the company a solution was sorted which was satisfactory to both us and the company.

My 500SL car is in storage and I purchased a hardtop cover from UK Custom Covers last year. When I tried to fit this at the time I was by myself I struggled so left it off. I visited the storage again this year when I had some assistance to try again. We found the cover was 10 inches too short to fit the top so I contacted UK Custom Covers. They just quoted 30 days returns and warranty terms and were simply not interested helping understand how one of their covers was sent out so faulty it is unusable and not fit for purpose. Their attitude was really disappointing and to paraphrase "sold 13 months ago so you can go and do one". I was going to buy their hardtop stand but that's not happening now. Overall, the cover was not as sturdy as I expected and there were lots of loose unfinished threads. My advice would be to look elsewhere.

Shocking product
I bought a set of covers for a T6 and the fitting is appalling! The customer service is not any better and as a result offered 10% to keep the product that doesn’t fit? I requested some mats and they refused
Money grabbing behaviour selling bad quality stuff which is unacceptable

I bought a half cover for my SL Mercedes and it just blows off whenever it is windy. I see that I am not the first buyer to make this complaint, so clearly there is a problem with the design. When I complained I was given some instructions about how to fit it, which I followed. It still blew off. I asked for my money back, but was told no. A complete waste of money.

I purchased a cover for a Land Rover defender in November 2023 from Ukcustomcovers the quality was not wonderfull but i thought i would give it a go. It only lasted a year before the material is starting to disintigrate and rip in numerous places. They are sticking to there 1 year warrenty and refusing to replace. I would not purchase from them again very poor quality product.

I received covers for Renault traffic van they fit ok but two of them had stitch design on them one hasn’t any on it just plain all three here to have stitching on them

Poor communication. Ordered a soft top cover from the website and was expecting to wait 5 weeks for delivery. When it didn't arrive, I had to ask when I might get delivery, to then be told it would be another 4 weeks. In the meantime time the same cover was advertised on eBay as in-stock and when I asked if they were available, I was told no they were not, and they where £15.00 cheaper on eBay and on the website as it was now black Friday deals. I then asked if I would be getting a refund to the lowe price since Im still waiting for delivery of my order. To be fair, they did give me the refund of £14 once my order had been dispatched. As for the cover, it is well made and well designed and worth what I paid, but it wasn't worth waiting almost 10 weeks for.

Service is great, product is naff. Can't fault the website and service.

We bought a £60 cover for our Volvo XC70. Letting our cocker spaniel in the boot frayed one of the elastic loops around the head rest, and snapped a velcro loop in the same corner. Continuing to do a tip run with grass clippings caused further issues, and loading fence posts finished the cover off entirely. These covers are completely useless for light to medium tasks.

Sadly, I'm well out of range of returning or requesting a refund, but feel like this is £60 wasted. I would recommend spending a little more money for harder wearing brands.

Quick delivery, quality appears good and fitting was straight forward.

The caravan top cover is just what I was hoping for. It fits very nicely, the straps are secure and well made, and I like the carry bag to put the cover back into when we take the cover off. The delivery was exactly as promised, and when I had a question before purchasing, it was answered very quickly by Ann, and clarified the situation, and I immediately ordered. This will keep the roof and solar panels nice and clean, but we can still gain easy access into the caravan.

The covers came quickly and I was looking forward to getting them on. I started fitting them and quickly discovered it’s a lot more difficult than expected. Within about 3 hours I still hadn’t finished trying to fit them. I was taking the seat out and unbolting components etc. I cut my hands up trying to feed these little elastic straps through the plastic dressing on the driver seat. The headrest covers didn’t fit.

Glad it is now very clear ford courier covers only fit vans with folding seats - sadly not my van. Returned the covers but UKcustomcovers never received them. My loss.

Products are not well sized and need modifying to enable them to be used. Disappointing.
