Purchased a cover for a mini convertible.
Whilst the cover seems decent quality and delivery was quick I asked two questions of the company about the cover which they were unable to answer satisfactorily.
So, a good product at a reasonable price but customer service or more specifically, product knowledge seems lacking.

They only offer a boot protector option with the raised floor option on the VW ID3. Silly really as most of these cars don’t come with the raised floor option! Not massively clear on their website - which shows the lowered floor option. Woman on the phone seemed to have poor product knowledge. Expect better these days…

Ich habe am 16.62023 eine Persenning für meinen DART 18 gekauft. Leider hat diese nur 15 Monate gehalten, dann ist sie überall eingerissen. Nach Reklamation auf Ersatz erhielt ich die Antwort - Garantie ist leider abgelaufen. Es gehört verboten, solch schlechte Ware zu verkaufen.

I have ordered twice from this despicable company.the first order was wrong and order changed not by me.
Second order yet again changes made without my knowledge I have spent and lost a fortune with this company DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Bought seat covers for Renault traffic, middle seat cover design is poor where it connects at the back not very well thought out as it Velcro’s to seat and isn’t the most secure connection, seats are a very good quality leather and the other 2 seats fit well

Got seat covers for my transit connect van.... even Harry Potter could not wave his wand and make them fit.... if you put vasaline on the headrest covers they still wouldnt fit not fit for purpose..... in saying that i got a mat for the back which was veery good....and fron rubber mats with logo which are very good.... also in side seat covers cover the handles for putting the seats back and forwards handles are covered....

Next day delivery. Seems to be a good quality material and it fits well.

Great covers but no instructions on how to fit them, it was very difficult

This screen cover was excellent! It was very easy to fit and only took a minute. The ends hook over the drivers and passenger door for added security. The material kept out the light and covered the windows perfectly.
It was so much easier than fitting out internal blinds. Would definitely recommend 👍

Great quality product. It’s quite thin though- not stupid plastic bag thin like some. A bit worried how long it will last if I keep taking it off and putting on again. The fit is perfect for the old mini though and the elastic tucks in perfectly.

We've just got a new car and having had one of these previously that held up well to wet dog and recycle centre runs had to get another. Was all a bit rushed as needed ahead of our holiday. Contacted the team and they pulled a rabbit out the hat to help me out. Seriously couldn't be happier.

I purchased a Mini Clubman boot protector. Initially an incorrect one was sent to me but customer service is excellent and all was speedily rectified. The cover itself is of superb quality and I would recommend them if you want to protect your car. Thank you
