I was impressed with the prompt service. The entire process of securing a guarantor took just over an hour. They also had a much lower rate than another company I considered. I highly recommend.

when i contact them, they answered my question clearly and i could understand it clearly. even though i didnt use the service in the end because of the house agent, but i still recommend this to the others! very nice and helpful.

Trusted service. One of the cheapest fees out there. Communication is on point: quick and effective response from Emma; who helped me through every stage of my application.

Amazing customer service. I got an answer the same they I applied and everything was going smoothly. It was also the least expensive one (it turned out to be way cheaper than I anticipated). There were some problems from my side during the application and when I emailed them I had the pleasure of talking to Emma, who was very kind and super helpful. They took care of pretty much everything. In the end I couldn't use their services, and they cancelled the invoice without any issues. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a guarantor. One piece of advice - make sure the renting company accepts companies for guarantors, it would probs spare you some trouble!

I am not an UK resident and they have (Emma has) kindly supported me throughout the whole process, even contacting the landlord to ease the process. I kind surprise these days.
