Honestly wish I had the opportunity to rate 10 stars !
From the first contact to the final collection point everything has been AMAZING ! We had a little hic-up along the way and it was dealt with professionally and with respect .Gordon and the team couldn't do enough and I would recommend them 100%. I shopped around found Ultra Sport online and glad I did . Great Value Great Service ! Support this company we need independents like this .

The team at Ultra Sport are amazing. They dealt with my query and delivery in a timely, efficient and friendly manner. Nothing was too much trouble at all. I’d highly recommend not just their Smith products but also the people there.

Great customer service - happy customer
I dealt with ultrasport a few years ago on a Nitro Snowboard warranty claim - very helpful team, resolved my issues and even sent sweets with the replacement to say sorry for the issues. They were so great to deal with i recently ordered a new nitro snowboard with them. Super fast shipping, arrived well wrapped and easy customer service to contact. All in all great experience both times and would use again in future. Thanks guys!
