Charolette is absolutely fantastic
Charolette is absolutely fantastic. She has been so helpful and made sure that my order was delivered. She kept me informed as to where the product I ordered was in the delivery chain and the expected deliver date. It did turn out that I ordered the incorrect size for the license plate for our vehicles. I would like to point out that this was totally my fault.
Charolette was there to assist. She even provided a discount code so I could make the correct purchase.
Well it turned out that I found some addition items to purchase and guess what, she was there to assist again. She insured that my order receives priority packaging and shipping.
Charolette is very professional, caring, nice, helpful and just a wonderful person. She is a pleasure to chat with and wish her much success.

Ordered the 250 anniversary ball cap. Very delayed, so sent an email to their customer support address given in the site. No reply. Sent at least 6 emails. Never a response. Then all of a sudden tracking says it was delivered. It wasn't. Never received. No communication. Learned my lesson. Never again. Beware!!

I had some problems with the deliveryâŠ
I had some problems with the delivery of my package. Since it came from over seas there was a mix up on the package coming to the USA. I couldn't do anything on my end. So I had the sender check into it. they were able to find out what went wrong and got it straightened out. I did finally get the package and was very satisfied with my order. It was great in that it finally arrived in time for the 250th. It did take a long time to arrive but when it did everything was in good working order. I was completely satisfied.
