Terrible customer service, BEWARE!
Noticed when I placed the order that it was being sent to my old address so I reached out the same day (within a minute or two of making the order) to inform them that I needed the shipment address updated. I was told later that same day that it would be updated and taken care of. The product was still delivered to the old address. I contact support again to let them know that they had promised that they would fix the issue but then clearly had not and I would like the order reshipped to me. They dug their heels in about it for over a week, asking me if I was unable to go and pick up the order myself (to which I responded that, if I could have done so, I would have done that rather than be sending their support an email about it) before I ultimately emailed them several weeks later to inform them that I would like a refund instead. Whether it would be from them or through my bank, I did not care, but I had to do it through my bank eventually because they would not refund me. They even had the audacity to email me after all these emails to ask me if my issues had been resolved (they had not been, obviously). I also received an email for feedback for the company and the form was a "select from the following options" type of form which did not allow me the chance to explain to them directly about how terrible their service was.
The products look beautiful but their support is HORRENDOUS. I'm currently still waiting for my refund request to be processed. Fun!

Finger davon. Fake.
Lasst bitte alle die Finger davon. 3x identisches Puzzel bestellt, 3x nicht angekommen. Habe das Puzzel 3x über 2 Anbieter bestellt, sind jedoch NIE ANGEKOMMEN. Scheinbar ist es für UNIDEAGON zu kompliziert an eine DHL Packstation zu liefern. Es wurde Lieferung über DHL angegeben, aber mit nachgewiesener HERMES Trackingnummer. Bei intensiever Nachfrage, wo die Lieferung bliebe, wird UNIDRAGON nur frech und macht Käufer zum Sündenbock, da Käufer angeblich Fehler gemacht hat. 2x identische Erfahrung gemacht. Scheinbar FAKE Firm.

2 puzzels besteld, slechts 1 geleverd
Eind november 2 puzzels besteld, helaas werd er maar 1 geleverd. Vervolgens heb ik meerdere malen contact met ze opgenomen, tot 2 keer toe geven ze aan de puzzel alsnog te versturen. Maar tot op heden geen track en trace code gekregen of de tweede puzzel ontvangen. Heel erg vervelend, want het zijn prijzige puzzels. Ik hoop dat ze hem alsnog versturen.
Ze adverteren daarnaast wel enorm veel. Begin januari zag ik nog Black-Friday reclame. Ze hebben hun prioriteit niet bij customer-service liggen. Ben er ondertussen helemaal klaar mee en zou dus afraden om hier te bestellen!

Worst customer service ever
I ordered 3 puzzles the 27th november.
2 weeks later, still nothing, i wrote to the customer service and tried online, no answer.
1 week later, i spammed their email box, finally got an answer, i asked for a refund, and had to confirm after they replied to me, they said ok.
5days later, still no refund, i wrote them again (it's allready the 4/5th email), and ask about the refund, they said i have to wait 1 week (1 week for a refund ?!!! I'm more and more pissed and disillusioned...)
3 weeks later, today (6weeks after the order) i wrote to them about the refund, they repplied to me they sent the package (why ???) and it was delievered, to who ? I don't know, where ? In a city where i don't even live !
I don't know if they are trolling me, if i will get back my +120€, or if this is a scam, not a single thing was done correctly by this company... Run away !

Great product really lousy service
As others have stated the puzzles themselves are unique, beautiful and fun.
But their customer service is horrid as are other elements I won’t bother going into. A shame really. I won’t buy another.
(Update: Odd that Unidragon would reply to this post as they did. They seem surprised - don’t believe a word of it. They have had negative reviews about their customer service for a long time now and never do anything significant to address it. Companies like this have a high rate of eventual failure. Unidragon will be gone before long).

Second order, everyting OK
I have ordered from them the second time, this time a small owl and a small fox.
I ordered directly from unidragon.eu, package arrived to Hungary in a week.
Once again, everything was fine. The boxes and the puzzles are undamaged, there are no missing pieces. The quality is good and the design is the best among these type of puzzles.
I see from other reviews, that they have their problems, but I can not complain about anything so far.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. They warn against scammers on their website, do you know why? Because they want to be the ones to scam you. That is why. They delete all negative comments in social media after asking for order numbers to seem like they're going to help you. They don't. They just want it to look like they do. Never got my items and after more than a month I've pretty much given up on ever getting what I ordered. Reporting them for scam and fraud wherever and whenever I can. They've also disabled PayPal payments on their site, probably because PayPal normally helps their customers get refunds very easily. Unidragon don't want that.
Update 09.02.2022. Look at that reply. They've done nothing, absolutely nothing to solve this. My order was rejected by customs december 10th and returned to their "warehouse". And after that it's been an ongoing back and forth with their abysmal customer service, which kept telling me the same thing over and over: "I'm sending a request about this, we will get back to you". This went on for around six weeks. They never shipped my order. They never tried to refund me. Luckily I had contacted my bank two days before Christmas and roughly 4 weeks later my bank refunded me. No questions asked. Unidragon never even tried. However, Unidragon tried to trick me into withdrawing the case I had opened with my bank, claiming that Unidragon would be able to refund me "much faster" and I wouldn't have to wait as long. I have screenshotted this extremely unprofessional customer service correspondence so I can show people that might be tempted to order from them.
Unidragon suddenly sent me a discount code saying how sorry they were about everything (this was a few days before my bank refunded me) and wanted me to know I would get 20% off on my next order.
Great! Now I'm able to get scammed again, but this time at a discount! Lucky me!

Do not shop with Unidragon
I am absolutely disgusted by Unidragon. Completely useless customer service. I requested a refund within a day of placing the order and my order was cancelled immediately. A month later, and several emails later I was told that they "forgot" to do my refund. I've now been told to go directly to my bank for a refund as the money still hasn't arrived in my account. Never again will I order from Unidragon, very very poor company to deal with.

Glad I checked this review site before completing my purchase (one click away!) I wanted to buy 4x puzzles with their additional 20% off and it was getting very complicated. Never replied via instagram so I sent an email. The reply back was very unprofessional but still.. I wanted them so bad!!! sent a chat didn't get an answer back. After reading these reviews, I decided to NOT order...

Beautiful Puzzles… if you ever receive them
I ordered two sets of puzzles from Unidragon on kickstarter (#866). Both were supposed to be Christmas presents. I received one (beautiful, clever, and well-made) but not the other. I did manage to get a reply on Facebook but they told me a shipping date that has since passed with no shipment confirmation, no sign of the product and no response to my further attempts at communication on multiple platforms. They make wonderful puzzles but unfortunately are absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service. I cannot recommend ordering through them, which is very sad considering their product is so lovely.
I am a patient person and would be happy with an apology and an honest expected delivery date. All I’ve had is empty promises.

Zeer slechte levering
Zeer slechte levering. Bestelling half november gedaan voor Sinterklaas en vandaag 28 dec het laatste deel ontvangen. Ook customer care komt in al die tijd niet verder als berichten het komt goed en we doen ons best.
Levertijden die op de site worden vermeld worden lang niet gehaal. Eerste deel pas na drie weken ontvangen.

Wat een fantastische puzzel
Wat een fantastische puzzel. Hij is prijzig, maar de kwaliteit is zo goed dat ie elke cent waard is. Ik heb de royal size mandala gemaakt. Het is gewoon therapeutisch om deze bizarre vormpjes in prachtige kleuren aaneen te leggen tot een regenboog kleurige mandala.
De levering was niet snel maar de verpakking is goed en je kan zelfs stukjes nabestellen.
Uit het maken zie de liefde en het vakmanschap van een echte puzzel liefhebber.

This so called company is a scam
Well, obviously this is a scam. If not, then they are very unprofessional and ignorant. And if you happen to read this review, I suggest you don’t even bother to order from them as they will take your money but never ship the product you ordered. I purchased four of their rather expensive puzzles in November - it is still not even shipped. Spare yourself time and money and don’t buy from them. Just don’t.

Beautiful product, lacking customer service.
I mainly use trustpilot for two reasons, to find out if the company is real and if the product matches its description. So let just get this out of the way;
Unidragon is legit, and if I should rate the product alone, it would have been 5 stars.
The puzzles from Unidragon are brilliantly made, totally unique and beautiful to behold. Though the prize-range their puzzles might be intimidating in comparison to the physical size of the puzzle, I personally think it’s worth it.
But.. and it’s a big but.. Unidragon’s customer service is lacking the same quality as their product, unfortunately.
It takes days to get a respond through email, and you can forget about getting a respond from the “chat-service” on the website.
It’s sad really. Most people, including myself, are more then willing to wait for something they want - if they know exactly how long they are going to wait. If the webpage said “you can expect delivery within 30 days”, I would still have made my second purchase, and I would not have questioned anything until the 30th day. But when you are in doubt and unable to get a respond from the company, it makes you fear the worst, especially when it comes to online purchases from foreign countries.
So dear Unidragon crew; your product is fantastic, your webpage is well made. But please get your level of service in order, so it matches your wonderful product.

Dreadful Customer Service …
Customer Service is absolutely dreadful. No communication AT ALL. After weeks of waiting for my delivery they finally told me they didn’t have what I ordered in stock, only because I asked them. Gave me a date of shipping but clearly it was never shipped. I asked for a refund multiple times and they’re just ignoring me. Avoid them!

Falsche Zusagen & schlechter Service
Mir wurde zugesagt, dass die Geschenke zu Weihnachten ankommen. Heute dann die Mail, dass sie nicht rechtzeitig ankommen, nachdem ich schon Anfang der Woche nachgefragt habe.
Ziemlich schlechter Service und ziemlich bescheiden. Kann Niemandem empfehlen dort zu bestellen.

Zustellerkonfusion
Ein Puzzle bestellt. Lieferadresse DHL Packstation. Schließlich eine Mailinfo: Versand per DHL + Trackingnummer mit H*****. Eingabe bei DHL: Nummer unbekannt. Böses ahnend: Tracking DPD= erfolglos. Hermes: Treffer! Man wußte meinen Namen etc. Info an Unidragon, dass wohl etwas schiefgelaufen sei. Daraufhin euine Entschuldigung und Neuversand, Zusicherung per DHL. Und wieder eine Trackingnummer. Die Gleiche wie gehabt. Wieder Hermes. Natürlich liefert Hermes nicht an Packstationen, also wird Hermes die Sendung als unzustellbar an den Absender zurückschicken. Ganz grosses Kino.
Die Konsequenz dürfte klar sein?
