Earlier today I was in contact with Kulvindar, a member of their Support Team regarding an issue that was creating quite major problems. Initially, it appeared that the problem could only be resolved by following a complicated path which would have caused a lot of work on my part. However, Kulvindar searched every possible avenue and was eventually successful. She is a great asset to the Bank.

I spoke with Dan today regarding an issue I had with a bank account. He was extremely helpful and happily sorted it straight away. Thank you Dan

Spoke to Jai Rajput at Unity Bank regarding a business account I am a signatory on. He patiently listened to my issue and then resolved it straight away. He offered sensible advice on how to avoid the issue moving forwards. He was extremely polite and patient with me, which I appreciated.

Dan was a pleasure to talk to. Very friendly and was able to answer my question straight away. It's so nice to deal with human beings and not bots. It's never a chore phoning Unity.

Jai was suberb in his assitance. He was generous in giving me time to find the information I needed showing a tolerance given my faffing around that was really kind. I Have had a good experience when interacting in the past too.

Jai was super helpful, resolving my request straight away without any both.

I spoke to Jai about setting up a savings accounts and a current account. He was very helpful and explained everything well.

I spoke to Dan at Unity Bank who was very helpful. I had multiple queries, he was patient and able to provide the answers. So nice to talk with a real person and not a bot!

Having become a signatory for an account I had struggled to log on for the first time. I rang for assistance and whilst the process was lengthy, the operator was helpful and patient whilst we worked through the process, with successful logon at the end.

I needed to register and login to our account for the first time. The customer service rep Jai was brilliant. Patient, professional, helping me step by step through the process. Which by necessity is a bit long-winded, needing to check and verify details. But within 20 minutes I was up and running and able to access our account. I look forward to being a Unity bank customer. Thanks again Jai for the great customer service :)

Wanted to set up my online banking with unity bank . Spoke to a most calm and caring person in Jai Rajput. He dealt with my setting up and logging in for online banking , in a most calm and caring way . He had a lot of patient with me , as my setting up was not straight forward .

I must admit I was having real problems with accessing my account, necessitating several calls and requests for yet another password .... the phone was always answered quickly however - rare! I appreciate the problem was with me and the fact that banks have to be SO careful nowadays.
