I bought a few pairs of shoes from these people and want to return some of them. I have come to do returns today and the website has disappeared. Nobody answers the phone. The company appears to be active on Companies house.Luckily I paid by Paypal.

Still waiting for my refund...of which I had to pay for the delivery. I have proof of delivery on 25/3/24. I have emailed and no response. Customer service Is poor

I have ordered a pair of shoes on the 28th March 24. Money taken from account. No response via email so far as to why order hasn’t been dispatched?

Has Unrulyu shut down? I have tried to log into my account today to track my order placed on the 26th March, however it seems the website is shutdown, ebay shop closed and no updates on social media. I dont know if my order has been fulfilled, but I have paid for it. Can someone get in touch or if anyone knows how to get in touch, that would be great.

The bag arrived damaged and looked like a second. They never replied to any emails or responded to my complaint.

This item was a copy, not original product but charging the price of an original, so I'm guessing all your products are copy, fake rip offs 🤯😔

I buy alot from unrulyu as I love irregular choice and love their quick dispatch. They always get 5 stars from me but unfortunately I've had to give a 1 star regarding my recent order as theve let the side down. I purchased several items early in December for Xmas pressies but the never turned up. Checked on order and items showed they were sent 2 months b4 I ordered!! Several messages have been sent to unrulyu but they have chosen to ignore them.

I was looking for a more practical bag..lol...fell down a irregular choice rabbit hole and fell in love with the cheeky chap bag. This was the absolutely best price, plus there was a 35% extra black Friday deal at the time, which I didn't realise until check out! Super fast shipping, and some stickers thrown in. Will definitely be purchasing from here again.
