When I had an issue the customer services were amazing.

No correspondence from you about delivery then when i contacted you’s no correspondence back very poor customer service and had to wait over 3 weeks for delivery

The website is easy to use, so that is a positive. The sale prices are great. The current delivery issues were not brilliant. But the customer service I received on the phone and then the follow-up emails keeping me informed about the delivery cannot be faulted. I would use this site again but perhaps not when I need delivery within a short time frame! Excellent customer service.

My products beautiful ,I can't fault ,I don't like ,I love it ,call as well ,in the process of my delivery told them I'm moving, and they hold until I move ,then send to new address, good customer service ,would recommend to anyone

I've sent lots of emails asking about returns and had no response. There weren't instructions in the package as per the website.
