The team were consistently responsive, clear in their communication, and proactive at every stage. I always felt well‑informed, and any questions I had were handled quickly and professionally.
The whole process was smooth and far less stressful thanks to their organised approach and friendly attitude.

I had been with an online agency for almost a year without any success in finding a buyer for my house. Up Estates done a brilliant job. I was kept up to date with the progress. My point of contact was Aliya who was always on hand to answer any questions, when she was not available her colleagues were familiar with my case. Giving them 5 stars isn’t enough they deserve more. Throughout my time dealing with your company, I have experienced multiple incidents where individuals have attended my home without any prior notice. On some occasions, service providers were given keys to my property and allowed access without my knowledge or consent. This is completely unacceptable and has made me feel unsafe in my own home.

Additionally, while I was in the process of moving out, I felt pressured and bullied into allowing viewings to take place without reasonable notice being given to me. I was not afforded the basic courtesy or legal right of being informed in advance, despite clearly expressing my concerns at the time. This behaviour left me feeling intimidated and disregarded.

The best part about all this they won’t respond and they probably won’t even approve this to go on here!

These actions demonstrate a serious lack of professionalism and respect for my rights and personal safety. Your company’s conduct has caused unnecessary stress and anxiety, and I believe it represents a failure to follow proper procedures and legal obligations regarding notice and access to a tenant’s home.

Multiple things went wrong in our time in a property under the administration of Up Estates.

These were all outlined in a letter to the company, to be told that there is a 14 day timeframe that they will get back to me. This is not showing any care for customers or showing any compassion for what went wrong.

While this is going on, I am on day 9 (pointed out that this is not 9 working days when I emailed them, but 9 calendar days) and still no end of tenancy report. They are acting like it is not my actual money that is sat in the DPS scheme, but just some smarties I am sure.

Through a 2 year tenancy, I had them change my name on a tenancy agreement for no reason, let someone enter the property without approval and then turn it back on my like it was my fault, hound us for viewings while we still lived in the property even though we had given them a full month to do the viewings without us living there, and answer every question we had with such a vague answer that I am not sure if there was any point in raising any of my queries.

Coming out of this experience upset, and anxious, feeling like they don't care for their customers. Such a shame, as the initial rental part of the process they were quick to get us in and quick to take our money- surprise surprise.

All the team at UP Estates were efficient, polite and a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend this company if looking to buy or sell a property.

I cannot recommend "Up estates" enough! The whole team are just wonderful, but major shout out to Jade and Charlotte, every step of the way, they've kept me in the loop. Nothing is too much trouble, and you really don't feel like its sales, they make you feel like family. If anyone is reading this, and thinking " I'm not sure".. trust me, don't hesitate, they literally are the best!!!

Jade Neale was super helpful and really appreciate the communication we had as this really helped speed up the process. I had an excellent experience with Up Estates in selling my property and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and committed estate agent.

A special mention must go to Aliya and Emily, who were exceptional throughout the entire process. My sale was not a straightforward case — I reside abroad and the property was tenanted, which made arranging viewings and ensuring the house was presented to a good standard quite challenging at times.

Despite these complexities, Aliya and Emily showed incredible perseverance, organisation, and clear communication. Coordinating viewings around tenant availability and managing everything remotely could have easily become stressful, but they handled it efficiently and proactively, always keeping me informed and reassured.

Their dedication and problem-solving approach truly made the difference, and they successfully overcame every obstacle along the way. I’m very grateful for their hard work and professionalism and wouldn’t hesitate to use Up Estates again in the future.

Used up estates for many years now. For rentals as a landlord and also for sales. Just sold again with them and process was smooth and easy( from their pause anyway - solicitors too the time) anyway. Would not hesitate recommending UpEstates for the sale of your property! Although the sale took longer to complete then originally expected (due to searches). The sales team at UpEstates made sure they continued to keep the sale on track and maintained regular contact with both the seller and buyers. Emily was our primary point of contact and we were very pleased with how she took us through the sales process. Their online tracker also allowed us to keep upto date with progress of the property sale both with respect to the other party and our own.
