1st class service from start to completion

Jade and the rest have the team have been super efficient in everything they're done and thankfully not pushy in how they've communicated with us in getting our property on the market and getting the offers turned around. Top job.

Really recommend Up Estates. We sold our home in Warwickshire and worked with Charlotte and Emily who were great, professional and very helpful. Aliya lead out sale and she was brilliant - always one the ball, provided great advise on market trends and buyer behaviour, and we had feedback from each viewing the next day. Very pleased with their service, amazing local property experts in the Coventry and surrounding areas.

Up Estates invited us on site for an exciting new development at the Kilns and safe to say they did such a good job bringing the vision to life we reserved the very next day. We knew we were in for the journey as we waited for our home to be built and whilst lots of things changed during the process one factor remained consistent, that was the pleasant surprise of having a sales progressor, Emily. She liaised between all parties, really taking the pressure off us between chasing the solicitors and ensuring we were kept informed. Thought it maybe her job she made a huge impact for us in our busy lives, it was beyond reassuring and other should take comfort you’re in good hands at UpEstates and not just a transaction.
