Parcel undelivered after almost 1 month
Shipment did not reach destination due to unknown reasons, never left the shipping country and was sent back to sender. Upfront got it back one week ago and never informed us.

waiting too long
goods take 2 weeks to arrive in stock, name displayed in the mail support@uppfront is "False". why False?

Thank you for your review, Gilberto. We're sorry for goods taking 2 weeks to arrive in stock. We buy from multiple stock holders across Europe – making available full parts lists from all manufacturers. When we lack speed, we hope to make up for this with product selection and service.
All prices are displayed with VAT – please could you send a screenshot as an example of what you have seen so we can investigate this further.

Web shop was not the most intuitive, but right goods were delivered
Web shop was not the most intuitive to manage the addons that there was needed. There would be room for improvement.
Goods were correct, points from that. Also the inhouse comminication about order status was great!
Delivery was not perfect since there was two different operators and seems like they did not have seamless integration, because once goods were at my local pick up point I did not have email or sms message about arrival of goods.

Due to offering the best Black Friday pricing we had an exceptional volume of orders and being around the Christmas period postage can be a little slower. sailing hardware product from France
Despite product was not in stock, managed to get it quickly onboard, then delivered also quickly abroad. I came back with a second buy, as I was fully satisfied.
