"If you're a realtor considering paying for leads from Realtor.com, save your money. I was promised good leads of people ready to transact, but what I got was a list of dead ends.

Let me be clear about the 'leads' they send: 90% are duds. They're either people who clicked a button by accident, students doing research, or they provide completely fake contact info. I spent countless hours chasing ghosts. The few people I did manage to speak with were either 'just looking' with a timeline of 2-3 years out or were already working with another agent.

This service is not a tool for business growth; it's a drain on your marketing budget and your time. I cancelled my service and wish I had listened to the other negative reviews. A complete waste."

Every single time I've close to transaction we've had problems for a week with them saying they didn't receive the payment, documents, etc. I've had to get on the phone with them and send emails back and forth probably a hundred times. We turned in the check last time and now I'm being threatened by collection agencies because they have no idea what's going on. It's ridiculous
