I recently bought a brand new Trek Marlin 5 Gen 3 from Uprise Bikes because my local Trek shop couldn't (or wouldn't) source me one in the size & colour I wanted.
Well, I found the exact model & size at Uprise Bikes. Not only that but to my surprise they couriered it to me the very next day & at no extra cost. Free tools & bag too!

I purchased my Eovolt Afternoon Pro with Uprise recently, and have had nothing but impeccable service from everyone in the company.

The cycle-scheme provider my workplace uses is less than great, but at every step Uprise have kept me in the loop and informed (particular thanks to Mike @ Cycle Solutions for always giving first class service and going above and beyond). Delivery of the bike was exceptional and the free 1-month service was performed without fuss and to an extremely high standard. The staff at Fforestfach are incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, no matter the level of experience (or inexperience in my case!) with cycling and bicycles!

Since taking ownership of the bike, i've had a few teething problems but Nathan has helped me at every step. The rear fender on my bike had an issue and Nathan personally saw to it that this was resolved with the manufacturer, gave me a full rundown on the issue and what will be done, and then PERSONALLY delivered the replacement part to my home address (by bike, naturally). Absolutely outstanding service from a company that operated nationally, but still has that true "local bike shop" vibe.

Recently purchased my new ebike here, it's the second bike I have purchased from this store now. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me with my choice of what products would suit me best. I was undecided on what bike to purchase so the guys at the shop suggested I take the both bikes out for the day to help me choose my new rig and after that I finally found my fit. I will always take my business to uprise as I am always taken care of there. Top quality products and customer service.

I was sadly notified, even though it said it was in stock when I made my order had to be ordered from the supplier. This delayed my order and delivery date and was notified 3 days after I made the order, I therefore missed out on receiving it in time for a ride it was required for.

Excellent prompt service. Bike was with me in less than 24hrs, well packaged and fully assembled. Great customer service, even honoured the price match promise. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again myself.

Prompt delivery of my new bike , had a small problem with it which uprise sorted very quickly .

The price was very competitive. Ordering involved more steps than seemed necessary, with too many nudges towards setting up an account. The confirmation email took a long time to arrive and attempting confirmation with the chatbot failed dismally due to lack of response. Very much on the plus side, delivery was three days AHEAD of prediction!

A great bike and Sam Eckley provided quick and helpful supports. Very happy!
