Very pleased with service quick delivery and absolutely love my Scott bike.

Called at Fforestfach yesterday to pick up a minor part, which was missing when my new bike was delivered. Plus, I needed a cycle helmet. Staff were brilliant, an example for other businesses to model and follow. Thank you, everyone.

Fantastic genuine product at a fabulous price.

Overall I'm pleased with my e bike purchase from Uprise bikes, was the cheapest price on the Web plus I got a couple of free goodies thrown in. However. Could not get through to customer services easily, took me3 or 4 attempts to get through. When I did they were friendly and helpful. I recommend them.

I purchased a premium hybrid bike from Uprise Bikes this January.When I received it the drive chain and gears were faulty.

They covered the cost for me to repair it and said tell them if any other issues arise for it.Basically the bike mechanic told me that the bike crown part of the chain mechanism is permanetly bent.I told Uprise Bikes about this and said I want a partial refund of half of what I paid for the bike.They refused and said I can only have a free bike chain worth about £9.99.I complained calling for lower partial refund amount yet again I was refused.

After this I submitted a chargeback with my bank.Even though I never received my money back thorough this Uprise Bikes emailed me threatening to take action against me if I don't send their bike back as they thought I already received a refund because of the filed chargeback.

Later they sent me an email saying "We have received the dispute from the bank and will need to have the bike returned.We can send the chain as per our previous efforts. If you are unable to take it to a shop, a chain can be easily fitted by yourself"

I responded saying "What is the point of me receiving chain from you if I am going to send bike back ?"

Since then I have received no response.All in all just a intolerable level of customer service and lack of responsibility they do not even want to refund me partially.And they keep changing their stories they say one thing then another.I would suggest not buying bikes at high prices from this merchant.

Came on time. Best price on the net for Peaty’s mountain bike tyre sealant. I’ve not refilled my tyres yet but it claims to seal 6mm gashes so should be good.

Ordered my new bike and was delivered within a couple of days fantastic bike at a very reasonable price which came ready assembled apart from pedals and handlebars. A great company and fantastic prices would definitely recommend

Outstanding service, I had been let down by a couple of other bike dealers with purchasing a particular bike model that I was wishing to purchase, and stock for this particular model was few and far between. I had seen the same bike on the Friday on the Uprise Cycle Web site, phoned to double check that it was in stock in which I was informed that it was. Ordered the bike at 10.30am on the Friday, by 11am was emailed to say that it was being dispatched that day, the courier emailed later in the afternoon with the tracking information and the bike was delivered at 10.30am to my house on the Monday, due to it being a weekend otherwise would have been the next day. Bike was well packaged, could not believe how quick this was all processed very pleased with the service provided before, during and after.
