I finally decided to order the everything bundle. After I ordered, I was offered a discount on the same product for $100 less. So of course, I ordered to save myself the money and wanted to cancel the first order. I have been contacting the company for 8 days to cancel the first order with no response. Now, it says it has shipped and I can no longer cancel it. Extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and the fact there is not a phone number to call and speak to someone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a few items over 21 days ago and received no shipping info or further updates, except for marketing emails. I emailed their help/customer service and got no replies. I chatted with them in which they replied for a little bit, then stopped chatting before concluding our conversation. I haven't found anyone on their team who could answer my question on why my order was never shipped yet. I emailed asking for a refund. No response. STAY AWAY from this company.

Seems like everyone has the same experience with these guys. They are advertising everywhere, which is generating orders, and they do not have the stock or system in place to fulfill those orders. I ordered on 6/8 with an expected delivery before 6/14. On 6/14 I got an email saying it would be late, on 6/22 I emailed their customer service asking what was going on as the tracking status still only states they have created a label and I have received no response, automated or otherwise. I suspect these guys planned poorly, poured money into marketing without planning for how they would handle the business that brought in, and now can't produce or maintain stock to keep up with the rate of sales they are making. I understand how that mistake happens. It is the failure in communication that makes things more egregious here. I'd want an honest timeline on when an order might be fulfilled presented when making a purchase as that may influence my decision to buy their product. It also sort of comes off as insulting when I get marketing emails, and see and hear ads from them constantly when I know they can't fill my order placed weeks ago. It is a misstep and frankly is effecting their reputation regardless of product quality. They need to stop spending money on advertising until they can keep up with fulfilling orders. Similarly, they need to get their customer service team in order. An automated email sent after the longest predicted fulfillment estimate is not acceptable. Neither is not even acknowledging receipt of customer inquiries on order status. The company seems to have prioritized sales growth over all and the customers are paying the price for it. Bad business practice. Hopefully their products don't suck and hopefully they don't lower quality to meet demand here. Maybe the product will be so good I can come back and update with a better score, but for now this is just bad.

I ordered the 72 pack Uproot washing machine cleaner pro on May 28th. I reached out 6/15/26 with my first email and three more since then with no response. Don’t waste your time and money on this product. The customer service is non existent but they did take your money. Thank goodness for AMEX, they are taking over and will be refunding my money.

Now waiting to see if it will be delivered today per tracking information.
Update-I did receive my order today so that is great. So I am changing the stars, but I am still not impressed with the amount of time and the fact I had to reach out before anything shipped.

Placed an order over three weeks ago, no communciation in terms of when the delivery will take place. Yet they are happy to take payment in a timely manner. Will be disputing the charge with my bank, Never ordering again!

So far I have zero good to say about this company. I was immediately charged for my order but weeks later I have nothing but a tracking system that says ive had a shipping label. I've had zero response from a yone on the two emails ive sent trying to find out what the problem with my shipment is.so if I could just give an all around zero star I would. I realize things happen and they did send one email previously staring it "hit a snag" but nothing since. The lack of response to my emails is just bad business. I would ve much more forgiving of "snags"if they would simply respond. Poor customer service if just bad business. I will shop a store that has problems if they customer service is good but if its bad ill never shop there again.

Waiting for a month for shipment but the money has been paid. Also, I've emailed and use their customer service live chat and had no response. All I can find is "label created on June 3." No other information. I find this interesting since there is a line on their page that states "no delays!"

I placed an order Jun 5 and still have not received it. I have emailed twice and no response.
For now, I would not recommend Uproot Clean as the customer service is non-responsive and no order received.
I would give zero Stars if I could. I wish I had looked this up on trust pilot before I ordered. First, I got scammed into ordering more than I wanted. My order says label created. They don't answer emails. My next step is going to be disputing the charge because this is ridiculous.

Same here! Mine has been a month and a half. I’ll have to check again to make sure they didn’t take out again! It’s ridiculous how long it takes! Ordered May 11 2026 and as of June 22 2026 STILL NO PRODUCT! Makes one think it’s nothing but a scam.
Hope it’s worth it!
UPDATE: they did respond and it is in transit. Ordered May 11 and now new delivery thanks to the wonderful postal service (but it did ship late too ) is now June 25.

Ordered product May 25, 2026, and it still has not been shipped. It says a label has been printed. Big deal! Where's the product? After numerous e-mails, since no phone number is available, I am still left with no answers. This is the most frustrating purchase I have ever made, and if I ever receive my product, I can promise it will be my last order from this sham company!
Same issues as other complaints on here. I placed my order June 6. Two days later I got a notification of shipment. My order has been in the pre-shipment carrier awaiting package status ever since. I reached out to their team a week ago and heard nothing back. I just filed a report with BBB today. It's clear they are accepting orders they cannot fulfill. While they have been unable to send me the order I placed, they continue to spam me with emails trying to get me to buy even more from them.
Update: They gave me a partial refund. They did not communicate when I would be getting my order or what the next steps are. Honestly, customers should not have to beg companies to fulfill paid orders.

The product does not perform as advertised it does not dissolve per hair. No way to find my order without the order number or tracking number. No way way to contact the company.
I think I've ever only wrote one other review in my life. This company is so frustrating to buy from that I feel the need to write this review. I spent $40 on a product and paid extra for express shipping. A month later and it still hasn't delivered and USPS tracking claims they never received the package. I've sent several emails to Uproot for a refund and they never respond, even though they claim to have quick responses. Just save yourself the headache and buy a different brand from Amazon.

I love to say this was a great product but I can’t. The reason I can’t is it’s been two weeks and four emails and I have received no product and absolutely no response from UPROOT. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company until their customer service levels improve ( or should I say they hire a customer service team). I’m not even sure anyone is at this company that reads the emails, all they do is process you credit card payments.
Very disappointing!

I have no idea if their product is good or not because it never shipped, and they don't respond to inquiries or have an automated service that lets you know they received your email. Terrible.

Ordered-The washing machine cleaner it took them a couple of weeks to ship it to me and then I never got it. It was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted Veho the shipping company and they agreed it was incorrectly delivered and told me to contact Uproot I I’ve sent them three emails. It’s been five days and so far absolutely nothing - not even a confirmation that I have tried to contact them . They have no phone number to call, and at this point I would never buy from them again.

I placed my order on May 22. It is June 19th and I still have not received my order. It took me writing and emailing their customer service to even get tracking and the tracking still shows it is in transit. This is a horrible first time buyer experience. I fully understand that the likes of Amazon and such have set a high bar for shipping standards, but even if this product were coming from China, it is unreasonable to make a customer wait a month to receive their order. Unacceptable!
