As other reviewers have stated, there is no response from customer service when emailed, and my order has been in 'Pre-Transit' for 2 weeks. When paying over $70 for a product, I believe it is reasonable to expect transparency about long shipping delays and prompt responses to customer service, but this company has failed on both accounts. If they can't keep up with fulfillment, then they should stop accepting new orders. I don't have the means to throw money around on items I will never receive, and am frustrated by the experience with this company. Also interesting to note, there is nowhere on their website to leave a review, yet there a hundreds of positive reviews up on the site to read. How does that work?

So many bad reviews I felt like maybe I didn’t need to leave one. I made an order on June 3rd. It said expected arrival June 8th. On June 8th I got another email saying my order hit a snag in transit and they were looking into it. Haven’t heard anything since even after emailing their help email address. It is June 19th. This is ridiculous. This was something I bought on a whim and wouldn’t have if I’d known it would be this much trouble. Guess I’ll dispute it because they won’t let me cancel it since it was already shipped.

Two weeks post purchase, no shipment. First, it was Uproot not giving the package to the delivery company. When I reached out, I was informed it would be sent as a priority within 48 hours. Now, the company is stating the delivery company is at fault. In the interim, I have received no less than 15 emails about purchasing additional products. No thank you. I will be handling this with my credit card company. It's unfortunate because I really wanted to try this product. However, the lack of communication, transparency, and delays do not give me any other choice.

Never received the product so I couldn’t tell you how well it works. Order confirmation stated delivery on 3-4 days and to contact them after 7 days if you haven’t received your shipment. I waited 12 days and contacted asking about the order. Received no response. Waited again and followed twice with no response including no response to a request to cancel my order. Ultimately had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Been waiting since May 29th for my order. Have 13 emails back n forth with them,always saying you'll have it in 10 days. To this day nothing. Now mind you first order was prompt. Will be getting money back from pay pal. Now they're not answering my emails.

I've ordered product almost 4 weeks ago and I still haven't received it. Status keeps saying it's in Pre-Transit.
I've email twice already and no answer or updates. I used their products in the past before and like it, but currently do not like the lack of communication! And there is no other way to contact them.

Placed order more than a week ago with expedited shipping and order still shows unfulfilled. No response from the company.

I placed an order for almost $300 on May17th. After it had not been shipped by the end of May, I sent them an inquiry email. I received a response that some of the items in my order were out of stock but that my order would be shipped no later than June 6th. After not receiving a shipment confirmation after June 6th, I inquired again about the status of my order. It is now the middle of June and I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation or response to my inquiry. At this point I believe this company is a scam.

Customer service is nonexistent with this company. I placed my order nearly 3 weeks ago and the order status has been at pretransit for two weeks. I've sent two emails to customer service and a Facebook message. No reply.

I placed an order three weeks ago with Uproot Clean and it still is in Pre-transit mode, shipping label printed. I've emailed them twice now with no response. The only way to contact them is via a email address of which I have received zero communication back on. There is no phone number to call or method to cancel an order. Very unprofessional and leaves me unsure that I will actually receive my products. I would give customer service zero stars at this point. I wanted to give them a chance but I could have used on a more reliable company.

I ordered from them on June 5 and received a confirmation (and saw the payment go through). Two weeks later and there's no product and no communications.

I've emailed them and we'll see how it turns out.

UPDATE: I just received an email that the order had been "upgraded to priority shipping" and they gave me a small refund "as an apology" and "I’d really appreciate your feedback on the product itself".

P.S. After some digging,
1. I discovered that their address and phone is a company called "zenbusiness" that handles many small companies. This is why you get a generic message when calling.
2. Their store is built on shopify which has a process for handling orders when they've been unfulfilled for a month.

I placed my order over 2 weeks ago. I immediately received a notification that it was ready to ship. Since then, the status has not changed and it has not shipped. I have sent several emails and they do not respond. I would advise everyone to stay away from this fraudulent company.

I placed an order which was almost $40 and thank goodness I paid with a brand that will get your money back if you don’t get what you paid for. After waiting a month and no email or anything that was shipped I contacted the company. No response just ignored emails. I tried calling and no answer. To me it just screams SCAM!!! After providing the evidence to the payment company I received my money back from this shady company! I would never recommend them and unless you like to gamble with your money don’t give them any! It seems like I am not the only person that has had this happen, it seems like the norm for them.

I would love to give a review on how it works but it’s been over a month since I have ordered and still have not received the product yet.

Placed an order for the dog grooming kit on May 11th. It is now June 16th and still no product. They stated they recieved a new shipment in on June 5th and that as of June 10th it was on the way via Amazon shipping. I work for Amazon and the tracking number they gave me has been canceled. I think the only on that got groomed here was me!!! Will be filing a dispute with me bank to try and get my money back seeing the customer service for this company is horrible. I would tell the world not to trust this company!!

I never received my order. Customer service just does not respond. Total scam!

Same issues as other complaints. They charged my card immediately and made statements referencing shipping to be within a couple days.
After contacting 1.5 week later, I recieved an apology saying they were short on product. It would ship in 2 days. There was a shipping label made, but nothing physically shipped. After 1 week of sending emails to please cancel my order, which were ignored, I received tracking that order was shipped. Almost a week after that I received product. Next day I received an email apology about delay but nothing about why they wouldn't cancel order before it was shipped.
At least I received order, and relatively faster than others, In part probably because I emailed them every day, but will never use this company again.

I ordered this on 6/2 and it said a label was issued on 6/4. Contacted them three times by email; no one returned my emails. On 6/12 I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute because I am not paying for something I didn't get. I just received a notice that it has been shipped. I will refuse delivery of it or send it back myself (return receipt requested). I am sorry I didn't check these reviews before I ordered. I do not want to support a company that operates like this.

I ordered on 5/23. Still haven't received my product. Email on 6/7 and was told it hadn't let yet and that it would be out in 48 hours. 6 days later I got an email saying shipped. Now it's been almost another week with no product. So much for 3-5 day shipping.

Broken record here. Ordered on 6/2/26 with shipping within 1-3 days of order and 3-5 days for delivery thereafter. Got a follow-up email on 6/8/26 that there was a "snag in transit. We're keeping tabs on it and working with the carrier to get things moving again." Today is 6/15/26 and no updates. Sent an email to help at uprootclean.com, then Googled if the company was a scam. Found all these poor reviews. Overall bad experience since ordering. Still looking forward to receiving this product, but conscious that it may take a while, or I may have to enter into a charge dispute with my credit card company. I have patience, I just don't like feeling the little communication I have received is fictitious.

Also, really sus that there is a generic apology posted to every unsatisfied customer's review. Did anyone REALLY get an email sent to them after they posted? Or is this an AI response with no human behind it? If they can respond to a bad review online, why can't they respond to an email timely?

On a side note, I have placed orders before online for popular products - most which come from overseas, and some have experienced disconcerting delays. I understand there are delays now with tariffs and customs, but don't market that your stuff gets sent from Florida and I live in the same country and it's still not at my house.
