I ordered a month ago and still hasn’t shipped. They said they were short an item. We’ve passed the date and still nothing. They created a shipping label a week ago and that is it. Terrible. If you choose to use their product do not purchase directly from them. Check that it ships and sells from wherever else you go.
Like many others, I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. My order was wrong and I've written to them many times over the past two weeks --- absolutely no response. The founder actually sends an email saying he reads everything's that comes in, "just hit reply". That definitely didn't work. Nothing seems to get their attention. After my first couple tries, I noted the number of attempts to contact with order number. They simply will not answer email. In these days of auto responders, you'd think you'd at least get an acknowledgment. You know what they can do though? Send a promotional email every single day trying to get you to buy something else. Do they really think anyone's going to buy again when you won't even respond? This confirms their emails get through and annoys you even more. I would not recommend buying anything from them. If you absolutely have to, order through Chewy since their customer service is outstanding. I was not at all familiar with the brand, was introduced through my pet insurance. I'll be letting them know I was very unhappy with a vendor they sent me to. One tool didn't even work for me but I decided to give it away rather than request a return. Now I see I never could have returned it anyway but I may ask for that option when I file a dispute. And yes, I warned them about filing a dispute because I never do that but this is the only company I've ever encountered that never answers customers. I suppose I'm lucky to get anything based on the amount of unfulfilled orders in these reviews. I guess you can't trust companies that don't provide a phone number in their contact info.

They charged me WEEKS ago and still haven’t sent my order. I prefer my stinky washing machine at this point.
I’m a business owner and there is nothing a hate more than a shady company and this place certainly is that!
Horrible service as well…they generate responses (sometimes) that don’t address any questions or concerns and keep promising to take care of it but nothing happens. Bad!
I’m sure they will respond to this saying “it doesn’t reflect how they want to run their business”and they will tell me to contact them. It is how they run their business clearly.

Ordered product (washing machine cleaner) April 24th with a 3-5 day shipment advertised. As of May 20th, no product. Did receive communication May 14th it was starting to move, but then on May 18th go there has been a snag and product is still showing "pre-transit". Worst part is they billed my credit card on day ordered, so they have had my money for a month, and I have had no product. (Are the expecting persons to forget order and pocket money as it is a modest amount, which may slip people's minds? or may consider not worth hassle)

UPDATE : I have been contacted and things are being made more than right and I should get my product soon! I am happy about that because I really wanted the items - the products are great and I wanted to try some I haven't yet!
I placed an order on April 24th. My order is still "unfulfilled". I have made numerous attempts to contact any live person to either get my order fulfilled or canceled. Crickets! No response. There is a number that I keep texting that does respond. But with the exact same advice everytime, telling me to keep replying to the email with the same response. They clearly do not want me as a customer anymore! I liked the product that I did receive in the past but I give up. However I want my money back! I am so disappointed with the lack of customer service.

Placed an order on 4/16 with 3-5 day delivery. Email said delivery would arrive by 4/21. On 4/25 I emailed the company to find out where my order was. I received a response saying it would ship by 5/4. I sent another email to the "Founder" on 5/6 outlining the issues. No response (however his initial email says he reads every email that is sent to him). On 5/14 I get an email saying they will ship my order within five business days. This company can either not keep up with demand or is using future sales money to pay for past orders.

Placed my order (approx $225) on April 20th. All items were listed as in stock. I received an email right away stating there would be a 2-3 week delay due to supply issues. All items I ordered are still listed in stock as of today. I have reached out to customer service a few times and have yet to receive any response. I am starting to think this is a scam.

For several years I have used the Uproot pet hair removal brush. It's really the only thing that removes the dog hair. We have a lab and our son has a labradoodle. Sometimes they are together at our house. It helps make the clean up go much quicker! Love your products!

UPDATE: 6/2/26*********
I received an email stating I could have a 10% discount or a free merchandise item. I sent back a response to the email requesting the company give me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. It stated in the email that on 5/30/26 my order would be processed and ready for shipment. As of today 6/2/26 no 10% discount, no tracking number or any correspondence as to the status of the order. My credit card company notified me today that they have heard from UC and now I have to wait 10 days to find out the results of my dispute. This is beyond frustrating. I’m a patient person but just let me know what’s going on. The lack of communication and the non-user friendly website to track your order, is beyond ridiculous!
I placed an order on April 27th. I received an email from the founder thanking me for my order. I received a second email to await leaving feedback giving the product a chance to show its amazing results. It’s now May 15th and still I haven’t received my order. I wrote the company asking to check status, no response. Their website FAQ(Frequently Asked Questions states 3 business days processing and 4 days to receive. It says if I haven’t received it in 7 days to contact them. Still no response. I checked to make sure I ordered from their actual website and not through facebook. My order was $169.97. When I put my order number into their system it stated that order number didn’t exist, yet the order number that I entered in was on their communication to me. Now, I check Trustpilot and I see many one star reviews from customers that ordered same time I did. No response to them either. Now, I get more emails to sell more products during so called big sale days. I contacted my bank and filed a dispute. My account has been credited at least until their investigation is complete. I’m disappointed, as I thought their product seemed legit and amazing. Being ghosted has soured me for good. I would have understood delays if the company had either responded or sent me a communication explaining the situation. I doubt I will hear anything and surprised if I do. Even if they make this right relatively soon, I probably would never order from Uproot Lint Clean ever again.

I accidently purchased the product twice and immediately recognized what I'd done and sent a message. I have now sent 5 messages trying to get one of the orders cancelled. The orders have now shipped. The last message, I advised them that I would be disputing the charges for the unwanted order since I had received no response from their customer service team. There is no phone number to call so i don't know what else to do. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Can I give no stars? Seems to be a pattern after reading reviews, took my money, unfulfilled shipment, and I paid extra for fast shipping, Crickets from the 10 emails I sent to customer service, reporting to my bank as fraud. Great product, but I will buy from Amazon, worst customer service on the planet.

I ordered one package - it said it was delivered but when it never showed up and I tracked it, said it was returned to seller as undeliverable. I get everything delivered without an issue. Have emailed the company three times without any type of response.

I would love to review the product itself, but unfortunately all I can review is the truely negative customer service experiece.
My order was never delivered due to an address error that I attempted to correct immediately after placing the order. Despite multiple outreach attempts, my initial request to fix the address or cancel the order went unanswered. Had this been handled in a timely manner, the issue would have been completely avoidable.
Instead, my credit card was charged, the shipment failed, and three weeks later I have neither the product nor a resolution. During this same period, I continued receiving a steady stream of marketing emails, while my support requests were ignored or met with generic responses that did not address the core problem.
Customer service follow‑ups focused on apologies and explanations about being busy, but none resolved the issue. The package was never delivered, and I was left to chase answers on my own.
The lack of responsiveness and imbalance between marketing and support makes this feel impersonal and dismissive. This experience has unfortunately overshadowed any interest I had in the product itself.

I ordered in mid April and as of mid May my order has not arrived. I email customer service and they initially responded and now are not responding at all. I am going to have to get my money back through my credit card company.
