What made my experience great was firstly how well organised the front end is, everything from the subjects-titles-links and steps are descriptive and concise. The company is doing well by providing well researched, accurate and relevant learning modules, with practical and moderately challenging assessments and tests. This leaves the user/customer feeling satisfied, achieving a new skill and peace of mind knowing the material has no holes. Big fan! It's literally lifted my career drive in new ways.

Paid for a Hard Copy Diploma
I recently completed all four required modules with Distinction and purchased the hard copy of my diploma tonight.
I will say that I was a little concerned not to receive an order confirmation or reference number acknowledging my payment. I was also slightly uncomfortable with being required to email support separately to request my diploma and provide proof of payment, as I would have expected the purchase to be linked to the email address associated with my account.
I have also come across a few reviews mentioning difficulties with receiving responses from email support, so I’m hoping that I’ll receive a reply and that the process will be straightforward.
That being said, I’m choosing to remain hopeful and give the process the benefit of the doubt. I invested a significant amount of time into completing this course, so I’m really looking forward to receiving my hard copy diploma.
I’ll happily update my review once it arrives. For now, I’m keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly!

We would like to clarify that emailing support to request your hard copy diploma is not required. Once your payment is successful, a prompt to "Claim HCD" appears in your account dashboard. You can also claim your diploma at any time later by entering your delivery address directly through that prompt.
Please note that hard copy diploma deliveries typically take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive, as the process involves verifying your final assignment results, printing, packaging, and courier dispatch.
We have already sent a response to your email regarding this order. We pride ourselves on replying to every email inquiry within 6 to 12 hours. If you ever experience any issues with our email communication, please let us know so we can assist you immediately.

I like lesson approach
I like the fact that tutors share practical tips to start you off doing the actual stuff, no theories, no fluffy explanations. The lesson notes and slides downloads lets me refer back to the lessons when I get stuck during application of the techniques I learned.

Seems like a racket
Even though you have already subscribed to Upskillist—which you think would cover paying for your selected course—they try to charge you for class supporting materials. Then at the end, they again try to charge you for a copy of your completion certificate. Hence, my impression about Upskillist being a racket. My class was called "MidJourney Mastery" but it would be better labeled "Intro to MidJourney" as it was very superficial. So based on following through on this trial experience with Upskillist, I will not recommend it nor will I return for more classes (the catalog seems limited too).
Aug 20th UPDATE since I finished with Upskillist: I got a follow-up email from Upskillist after completing the course with an offer to have access to the course I took for a lifetime for “$89 only”. So my suspicion about this online school being a racket is confirmed. Nickle and diming at every turn. I prefer a platform where you pay an upfront rate with no surprise charges. I am finding skool.com is more bang for the buck with real (non-AI) EXPERT human instructors and live interaction.
