Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your frustration and the confusion regarding the cost of the certificate for your Digital Marketing course.

We want to clarify that your free subscription, which you won through "Vodacom," gives you full and free access to all the course content on our platform. There is absolutely no charge to complete any of our courses. You can watch all the lessons, take the assessments, and gain the knowledge for free within your subscription period.

The additional amount you are seeing is for the optional course certificate. This fee is not mandatory and is charged to cover the administrative and development costs associated with providing and maintaining high-quality courses and issuing a formal credential for your achievement.

You are welcome to complete the Digital Marketing course—or any other course—for free. If you later decide you would like a formal certificate to demonstrate your achievement to an employer or for your personal records, you will have the option to purchase it at that time. Our team will email you soon with the possibility of providing a certificate for free as an exception. Please keep an eye in your email inbox.
