I enjoy online shopping, but it's hard to find a company that offers good quality products consistently. Urbaheer has been a great experience for me, and this is my third order with them. I bought a sweater, and it has been the best one I've purchased so far. The fabric feels nice and natural, and colors are exactly what I was looking for. It's soft and very comfortable to wear. I also like a shopping experience on their app. I got a back -in-stock notification, placed my order right away, and it was delivered in just two days, even before the scheduled time. Overall, I'm happy with both the product and service. I would recommend Urbanheer to others.

This is my second purchase from Urbanheer, and I decided to leave a review for the Velvet Soft Hoodie I bought for holiday season. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and overall stitching and attention to detail is impressive. It is warm and cozy, I am very happy with the product quality.
I also want to share my experience with customer care, where I had to change my shipping address due to travel plan. The team was responsive and polite and went extra mile to make the item delivered to my travel address. This is my second purchase and I look forward to making future purchases. Overall, its been reliable and smooth experience shopping with Urbanheer and I love the new arrivals everyday and occasional offers. I'm a happy customer, thank you team Urbanheer

I placed an order on Dec 2 (today is Dec 17). My order has still not shipped. The website claims orders are processed in 2-4 business days. On Dec 11 I reached out to customer service and was told my order has “expired” and I hadn’t been charged. I had not been notified. She said she would check inventory and get back with me. Within a day I received an invoice to pay so they would ship my item. I paid it immediately upon receiving it on Dec 12. Since then I’ve reached out twice with no reply, nor any update on my order.
My order is a dress that my 5 year old has asked for for Christmas- which is the only reason I’ve put so much effort into getting the item. At this point I never plan to use this company again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a coat it was tiny. Want to return they ask you to e mail for return address which I have 5 times. Still awaiting a reply.

Seamless experience from start to finish, I discovered Urbanheer through Instagram and discovered the Jumper that catched my attention. The purchasing process is very smooth as discounts were applied automatically. The App made shopping easy, with clear descriptions and simple navigation. The whole delivery process is very transparent with notifications at every step. When the Jumper arrived, I was impressed by the fabric quality- feels durable, soft and fits perfectly providing me high level of comfort everytime I wear. The fit is just right and style modern and versatile. I also had a couple of questions along the way, and customer care was quick and responsive. Overall, the combination of product quality, comfort and style along with excellent service made a very positive experience. Will buy again and recommend to my friends and family. I recently purchased a beige Giani Kavanachi jacket, and couldn't be happier with both the product and customer service.
Right away after placing the order, I received immediate updates on the status, which was reassuring. Giving me peace of mind that everything was handled efficiently.
The jacket has became a true gem in my wardrobe. Its unique, fashion and high quality the fabric feels nice, the stitching is neat, and it fits really well.
What stood out to me was the customer service. I had some questions about sizing, they answered my question quickly and guided me to the right size, which fitting perfectly. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made the whole process a lot easier and more enjoyable. I feel like they truly care about me as a customer. i was really impressed by how friendly they were.
The delivery was also faster than i expected, and the jacket arrived in perfect condition, well-packed and without any delays.
All in all . I Incredibly satisfied with my experience. The Jacket is stylish and practical, and care service was top-notch. If you're looking for a high quality jacket and company that cares about its customers. I highly recommend giving this one a try.

I placed an order on 9/15. It is now 10/4.I still don’t have my order. Repeated emails to customer service are met with what seem to be auto generated or bot responses. When I phone no one answers and my messages are not responded to-no one returns my calls. I had to open a dispute with my bank to try to get a refund. BEWARE.

I recently bought a La Martina T-Shirt from Urbanheer in the U.S., and I'm really happy with my overall experience. I first discovered Urbanheer through my Instagram and was very happy to find some of my favorite Italian brands. The team at Urbanheer is great, they were responsive to my Instagram queries and were able to recommend the right T-shirt for me. The quality of the t-shirt is just as good as what I found in Italy with fabric soft and comfortable. The packaging was brand new and Urbanheer branding added a nice touch. Overall, I am very excited to find a company that matches my taste. I am already looking to buy a couple of t-shirts and a jacket and your rewards program is a nice way to have some extra savings. If you looking for quality products and good customer service, I would recommend Urbanheer.

My favorite Urbanheer crop top. I recently purchased the crop top for my vacation. Since, I required a rush delivery I reached out to the team and there customer care representative was very responsive and kind. He shared it will be a rush order and will try best to get it delivered on priority. I was able to track my order and it arrived faster than expected. The top has perfect cuts and fabric quality is impressive, the top is breathable and fits well on me. I received so many positive compliments from my friends. Initially I was little hesitant as it was my first order and was rush delivery to fit my schedule. Glad, I made the decision to give them a try, they accommodate my request for fast delivery and shipped on priority. The small details and responsive customer care team makes a lot of difference. As I keep looking to your new collection I am impressed with the new chic styles, I am thinking of buying more and share my recommendation to friends. Overall my experience is definitely positive. I dont understand how this people have 4 stars. I contacted them before i purchased a jacket to be sure of the availability , they said yes it is available as listed in the website, i asked then stuff about shipping, all nice , as soon as i paid for it, the jacket dissapeared form their website as if never existed, even though supposedly they had all sizes available, i purchased one and inmediately it doesnt exist anymore, still it took them a few days to tell me because of "quality issues they could not ship the jacket", seriously, i dont think they ever had it, waiting three days already for my refund but i definitely dont recommend buying with them, yes they might be polite but doesnt seem honest

I loved the collection they carry specially the range of new dresses, hoodies, sneakers. I enjoy visiting there website and mobile app to check what's new. new deals. This was the worst luxury shopping experience I’ve ever had, from start to finish my order was riddled with issues. For starters I never received any email updates and had to contact support to resolve that. Secondly, my order arrived and it was not the correct product. Processing my return was initially prompt, however I was mislead into understanding that once I returned the incorrect product my refund would be released immediately.. that did not happen. To correct their earlier misguiding words they offered to release half of the payment while the product was in transit and the other half once it arrived, that also never happen. It’s been 3 weeks since I initially ordered this product and I have yet to receive my refund. Noted that my bank plays a hand in that the entire situation could’ve been avoided with a little attention to detail. The costumer service phone number is useless as I had to call several times a day to get a response, this is clearly a small operation with a lot to learn. They offered me a $50 dollar gift card for the inconvenience but actually sent one for $25. Cherry on top, they charged me a $56 dollar restocking fee. Talk about insult to injury lol.

I ordered a pair of hard-to-find shoes from Urbanheer. Unfortunately, the fit wasn't quite right. I was able to reach them by phone, they put me at ease (ordering from a company for the first time is always a bit of a gamble, esp if it doesn't work out for whatever reason), and assisted me with getting a return processed. It was seamless and efficient. It drew me to their site where I actually found a nice assortment of items that I will certainly shop, and will do so with the peace of mind knowing that this is a reputable company. That is so important in today's market where numerous companies appear and it's often difficult to determine which companies are legit. Thank you, Sam, and crew!

This company is easy to reach and responds to messages! They sent me a message right after I ordered that the order would be delayed for several weeks, so I called them to cancel my order. A gentleman answered right away and because he made such a good impression, I decided to keep my order and not cancel it. (I wish I knew his name!) The order came earlier than was thought, so I think they took care to get it to me as soon as they could. Urbanheer is an honorable company!
