Love the collection of active wear, brand like Niki biki, Kimberly C at Urban Heer. I bought a crop top from UH. Timely delivered. Loved the quality and I will shop more.

Placed my 1st order at Urbanheer for an Under Armour Cap. By mistake i ordered the wrong size and i called their customer care number to request for size change. The service team answered the call promptly and was able to accommodate my size change request. Eagerly waiting to receive the product.

Twice now I've made an order. The first time I had no contact, it just never came. And I had to reach out and request confirmation of shipping which I never heard back about so then I had to go and request a refund. Ridiculous.
Second time, I tried to order the same dress as I really want that dress. Placed the order, got the confirmation. Only to have 2 Days later a refund put into my account with no explanation as to why I was getting refunded.
I will not be shopping with you ever again, I've taken this to social media, and I will explain given any opportunity why I don't buy from you.
Awful experience.

Editing as you replied to me two hours ago, and then edited your reply to me to add that additionally you've tried to call me. Calling me, After I've reviewed you for your lack of contact through two processes, with your company, is Not customer service. Not once through either process of shopping with you did you let me know you were out of Anything I was purchasing. The first time I had to reach out through my payment method as I hadn't received any notice of shipping or anything and it had been over a week. Then, still no contact from you, just reimbursement.
Then, when I tried to purchase again, and got a shipping confirmation, I was surprised to receive a reimbursement two days later, no email or explanation.
Seriously, it was ridiculous. No, at this point, calling me will not fix anything.

Been a customer of UH since 2022. All the products that i've ordered are premium and genuine. The shopping experience is seamless and products are worth the wait considering that the products are imported from Europe. The customer service team is responsive to my emails notifying me about the product shipment status. Highly recommend them, its a one stop shop for all the luxury products.

Like the others I placed 2 orders on 4/14/2024 and I did receive confirmation of each order. Then 2 days later I received an email for each order stating that their European Warehouse was experiencing processing and shipping delays but they are working on it. The Company called to apologize for the delay and has since kept me informed. I have placed additional orders and the service has been fantastic.

I did my first purchase and loved the fit of my new jacketas recommended by friend. I usually don’t do online shopping for luxury but enjoyed my experience with Urbanheer

I wish I could give no stars. I had the same experience as the prior reviewer but sadly didn’t see her review until after I made my purchase. Urbanheer.com took my money but never sent a confirmation email and when I called their customer service number, it went straight to an automated voicemail that sounded like a smart phone’s voice mail. I emailed them a few times inquiring as to the status of my order and not only did they never respond, I didn’t even receive an automated acknowledgement of my email. I ended up filing a dispute through my credit card company. Only after that dispute was resolved did Urbanheer reach out to me.
UPDATE 4/19/24: Received a call from the company yesterday due to my bad review here. Their position is that I never supplied my email address in my order, however I don't believe that to be the case since I am receiving other non-order related marketing emails from them. Also, I have still never received the shoes, despite what they say in their response. Perhaps they are a newer company with a lot of operational hiccups to work out, but at the end of the day, this was my experience with them.

I placed an order on January 2, 2024. The confirmation email indicates I would receive my delivery by 01/15/2024. As of 01/17/2024 the tracking site indicates that my package has not even left the store. I have sent two emails to the company inquiring as to when it would ship. They have not responded to either of the emails. After an extensive search to find their customer service number, I called to ask about the package. First, it was an automated message, like one that a person would have on their personal cell phone. It made no mention of the company' name. I left a voice mail on 01/15/2024 and they have not returned my phone call. I will be calling my credit card company today to get my refund on the nearly $300 order. This is flat out ridiculous.
