Company does not want to refund when the mistake was theirs.
Ordered a dress in July, did not get a response until September when I asked for a refund. Then dress was shipped out instead of providing me with my refund. Now dress is here and I’ve asked yet again for the 4th time through multiple channels for a refund and the dress to be returned but now the company is silent. Save yourself the hassle from buying from this company and run away. Poor service, frustrating and now fraudulent.

Terrible customer experience
Terrible customer experience. Their website claims to have a live chat option but they are not even online during the time mentioned. Do not order from them. I never received my package from them and they won’t rectify the situation.

I have purchased twice, one item came in a few days while the other arrived after a few weeks. For me it wasn't a big deal as I didn't need it right away.
Shopping with the app is seamless. There are no drawbacks that I've experienced so far as I am a new customer.

I bought a pair of silver-colored earrings from the Urban Revivo website. The color of the earrings appeared silver-colored, and the description said "silver." However, the actual earrings are more of a rose gold color, and not at all silver-colored. I was disappointed in the purchase.

Sizes do not work, the crastmanship of clothes is cheap in the cut and in the stitching.
I originally bought a medium size even though I always wear small. It was too small. I asked to return or exchange for a bigger size. The same story, they are too small. Now I have 4 pieces of clothes that I cannot wear and the quality is not great. Waist of my time, money and the resources of the company that makes these pieces. I will not buy anything else and I do not recommend it. This is so wasteful, I cannot believe it.

So, Shipping was fast.
So, bag arrived fast. I am not crazy about quality of the bag. I was expecting something quite amazing. In my opinion you can buy better quality product with this price. Mostly hated color of the chain, it is yellow. But it was described as gold.
