Website is fraud.i order earphones my order got rejected on its own. i hadn't received any tracking details for 5 days then it suddenly got rejected.i paid 50rs In advance and now i can't even contact the company.dissapointed .never ordering again

I received my parcel of Omega Sea master watch today which I ordered from urban shopping store. The Quality is excellent the finishing is amazing and the watch has a very good weight. The only need to improve their box packaging. Other than that, no store can match them for providing such high quality watches at such an affordable price.

Today I got my order of Rolex Date Just watch. It's truly amazing and really value for money. They also provided me complimentary Rolex watch Box which was also very Cool. The delivery I got in 4th working day after placing the order. The overall experience was really good. Insha Allah I ll order more in future.

Genuine stuff good quality bus thora late arrival

They gave me a used watch covered in scratches. One of the screws is missing, and the colors don’t even match... the watch is silver while the buckle is gold. This is completely unacceptable

We hv ordered on 28th Jan 2026 till date they are not showing correct delivery they are changing the delivery schedule by parter velocity shipping with. Very worst very worst service company. They are not returning the amount from 28.1.26 or sending the invoice delivery. People don't pay advance amount preior to delivery the good.
Very very Worst online shopping experience.

urbanshop \desire 100% FAKE..they have fake reviews, fake products on their website... I'm surprised the authorities haven't taken any action, but then again, it's PK, and anything is possible. Try leaving a negative review on their site. Hence, here for a warning to others

These are big-time frauds and cheaters, scammers. Don't buy anything from them. They give expired, low-quality, and fake products. They cheated me too, didn't reply to messages, and didn't answer phone calls. Please don't buy from these deceitful and lying people. B aware of these type of frud n scammars JazakAllah khair..

Urbanshop.pk claims their deodorants are 100% original, but when I ordered one worth 3-4k, it turned out to be room spray in a deodorant bottle.
