Great Experience!

Reading the bad reviews, I feel that I should share my experience. I ordered a denim dress 4 days ago and it arrived today and looks just like the picture and very good quality. No complaints. Not discounting other reviews. Maybe they got their stuff together after the hub-bub. Would order again. I am not a bot! :)

Ich kann diesen Shop absolut nicht empfehlen. Die gelieferte Ware war mangelhaft und von sehr minderer Qualität – weit entfernt von dem, was auf den Bildern oder in der Beschreibung versprochen wurde. Der Kundenservice ist undenkbar schlecht: Auf Nachrichten wird entweder gar nicht oder erst nach sehr langer Zeit reagiert.
Eine Rücksendung ist praktisch unmöglich, da man die Artikel nach China zurückschicken soll, was hohe Versandkosten und viel Aufwand bedeutet. Zudem erhält man keine klare Anleitung oder Rücksendeadresse, sodass man letztlich auf der Ware sitzen bleibt.
Ich rate dringend davon ab, hier zu bestellen. Die Ersparnis lohnt sich nicht, wenn man am Ende nur Ärger und unbrauchbare Artikel bekommt.

Seeing is Believing! I placed an order on 11/14/25- have…

I placed an order on 11/14/25- have never received an Order# or a Tracking#. I have sent emails- no response. Of course, Customer Service can't be reached by phone.
I know the items are probably shipped from China and have to go thru customs so it may take a while. I've ordered from them before and eventually received my order. The longer it takes, the more skeptical I become!

Negative stars.

If I could give them negative stars I would. The picture of the dress and actual dress are like look at the dress up version of a Disney princess dress. I ordered it 11/5, one month before my event and it arrive 12/9. My event was on 12/6. I have photos of the item as displayed vs real thing but there’s no place to put that here.

I'm six days away from it being a month…

I'm six days away from it being a month since I ordered my dress. The tracking # was non-existent for 3 weeks, now all of a sudden there is a tracking number and a delivery status. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!! I would really appreciate a response and some assistance please.

This is a total knock off shop

This is a total knock off shop. Shirt I ordered is a poorly made replica. They don’t want you to return and only offer 20% refund. Lousy products and ridiculous customer service. I sent a photo of what I ordered and what I received. Not sure what actual site the photo originated from, but DON’T buy from this site! Total waste of money!

What a horrible company for false…

What a horrible company for false advertising. They show a picture and after weeks n weeks of waiting , granted they say 5 weeks even after you purchase the date they say is also a fake date, you get your order and it’s a cheap , version of what you think you ordered. Then they only offer a small percentage back of purchase. Scam company, scam products don’t use these people for anything.

Unprofessional, poor quality scamming business

Buyer please be aware because the merchandise is very bad quality and I received my order yesterday and took it out of the wrapping and was totally disgusted . I proceeded to request a refund and was told I could get 30% for a $150 purchase . I was floored because I took action before 24 hour turn around and was insulted by a 30% refund which is not considering the customer who was scammed.
Don’t compromise and don’t even think about buying merchandise from a scamming unprofessional so call business

Leggendo le recensioni, dopo aver acquistato, mi sono spaventata, credendo che la merce non arrivasse mai più, ma invece mi sono dovuta ricredere dato che è arrivata e devo dire anche capi di media/buona fattura e molto fashion; unica pecca la spedizione è stata divisa in due tranche e quindi non è arrivata proprio celermente, per questo 4 stelle e non 5.

Fooled me again!

I ordered a blouse at the beginning of May 2025, when I didn't receive it by the beginning of July, they told me it was just coming out of backorder and they would ship it. I got it the other day and it wasn't what I ordered. When I checked the website, they don't have the original blouse anymore. They did this another time to me but I gave them one more try and they duped me again. Then they expect me to pay for a return. I notified Paypal and they're looking into it.

No Full Refund Available. Only 30% refund.

First, I ordered polo shirts with USA flags on them to wear for July 4. The shirts didn't arrive until after the 4th. When I tried one on it was too small. I ordered XXL but I didn't know Ursimer was an Ireland company and didn't use USA size charts. When I requested a refund I was only offered $9 for the $60 order. I suggest you buy from another company.

They still didn't offer instructions for a return and refund.

I can’t believe anyone would be happy…

I can’t believe anyone would be happy with the service from this company. My wife ordered a top on 5th June & is still waiting. The excuses from this company are just unacceptable. They accepted our money but the item still hasn’t been even produced let a lone dispatched. They offered a credit on a future purchase but we will never deal with them again. They have had the use of our money for 6 weeks & no idea when it will be received. A disgraceful company.

This is actually such a scam

This is actually such a scam. I honestly bought the skirt before I read the reviews and that was on me. I bought a LAYERED skirt and received a skirt with one layer, and pink trim that was not pictured at all. I paid $60 for a skirt I could’ve bought off of Temu and it honestly would’ve been better that what I received from Ursime. Do not buy from this company. Wish I could post a picture because it’s honestly laughable.

Cant give less than one star but that…

Cant give less than one star but that is what should be allowed. The item was very cheaply made, the material not the same, the color was very wrong, and not like the picture at all. It also took forever to get here. Dont, I repeat DONT buy from them, even if they are giving it away!
