Got an error code 103 after 2 months and the printer just stopped working.

About to have 28 hours of printing on my CC2 and so far it has been nothing but smooth sailing all of my prints have been amazing and the fine detail work is what really has me excited!!

I am very happy with the purchase of my OSG! The delivery and shipping went smooth. The unit was packed very well and arrived in great condition. Assembly of the printer was very easy took about an hour. After leveling and doing some calibrations it printed a test print and it turned out great for the size if this printer. I look forward to making some big things with it.

Shipping was quick and assembly was simple. Overall, exactly what I expected.

The product seems good. The tutorials are flat garbage though. I have found out that some things about the centauri carbon 2 are the same as the centauri carbon one but only through trial and error. God help you if you bought just the replacement nozzle for the carbon 2 and tried to find the information on how to swap it without knowing that it seems to be the same as the carbon 1

Filaments are fine but same color from different lot is not the same.
Also delivery time is too slow after the company changed shipper.

Still have not received my 3kg spool of Rapid PLA+. Customer service has constantly insisted the shipping company has to admit they lost it BEFORE they can do anything. Strongly advise people to NOT do business with Elegoo anymore.

I set up the shipping address incorrect and when I ordered it I caught it and when I made the support ticket they were quick to fix it. I accidentally did the same thing through Logitech and they told me to pound sand. I am so thankful you guys fixed it quick and made it stress free. I will always do my best to buy Elegoo products just because of the customer service from this incident. To all the people that were involved in my mess up, may god bless you and your family thank you elegoo and thank you god.

3 out of the 10 spools I bought had tangles in them, making them unusable.

1 item arrived within a few days the needed items still have not arrived. Don’t know why it takes filament longer to arrive than a whole printer from the same place.

I responded to an email from Elegoo. It made the whole process of getting back into resin printing easier to imagine and then take the dive. I was already familiar with many of the choices from reviews I had seen on line. It order process was simple and delivery was timely. So far the machine exceeds my expectations. Good job!!

Received some damaged spools of filament. Replacements were sent very quickly! Great customer service. Will be buying more soon.

All of the ordered filament arrived OK, but the package was torn and dented on one corner, exposing one of the filament bags in the taped together boxes from some stage of the transport.

The exposed bag doesn't seem to be punctured though.

I'll happily order more filament from Elegoo in the future even with this near loss. I do appreciate the minimal additional packaging,

I'm brand new to 3D Printing
I bought a Bambu Lab P2S and starting printing all the necessary items like, tools, poop shoot, and other P2S accessories. Everything came out perfect. Never had any issues on the quailtiy. You are one of my main go to filament companies now. Thank You
