My issue has finally been resolved so I’m willing to edit review, takes a while for support to respond they only seem to respond once a day but they were more than willing to take care of my problem.

Shipment got lost and delayed by 9 days. Customer service team replied to requests right away, they sent photos of tracking data to ensure we both were seeing the same things with progress, and they provided a discount coupon to compensate for the big inconvenience. There were limitations to what they could do seemingly due to procedural rules, but they were always polite and helpful. I do hope they change to using a mainstream shipping company instead of that smaller vendor who seems to have been the source of the delays and problems!

Everything arrived functional in spite of some smashed box corners inside. I am impressed with ease of use and out of the box quality. Will buy Elegoo again.

Shipped super fast and was a lower price than on Amazon. I will be buying directly from them from now on.

Very disappointed, disgusted! The customer service is awful, TERRIBLE! No phone number to call, email responses take 24 hours (not just the first one, but every single time it takes 24 hours) to get the absolute bare minimum of an answer reply from customer service. It took a week to find out I needed the entire extruder unit. The product is total garbage! Bought a Neptune 4 max and it’s literally been trouble since day one! I’ve had a failed print every single time, not once have I had a successful print. Second time I used the product I had the blob of death. I literally replaced every. Still can’t get the product to level. Hours I’ve tried! I gave up after hundreds of dollars in replacement parts and hours trying to get it to work properly. It sits in the corner of my office collecting dust, while Anycubic kobra 3max has been printing nonstop without a single issue. Hundreds of hours!

As always Elegoo printers are easy to set up and use right out of the box. This printer has amazing features for the price and prints beautifully. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get into multi color printing.

Got a carbon 2 printer. I wanted spare parts for future needs, just in case. They don't have a lot of parts. Please Elegoo, make money, make parts.
Got a whole hotend, looks nice. Wanted the heater, thermistor, and silicone boot.

Good filament. Weird packaging with one spool box taped on the side of a larger box (and slightly bent as a result -- would have been better taped to the top). I would have liked to buy some 250g bundles to get a variety of colors but almost all of them include four spools of black, white, gray, red, and/or blue and I don't need a bunch of 250g spools of those colors to try the other colors.

Centauri Carbon 2, doesn't work. Brand new and it doesn't work. Expecting weeks before I can get a replacement from elegoo

Nothing works! Huge waste of money. Avoid at all costs!

The machine and filament arrived on time and ready to use immediately out of the box. My kid has printed many things successfully with the filament that comes with the machine.

I have a stripped bolt on the zaxis and I can't get it to print

I still have not received the 2nd part of my order. The shipping company continues to attempt delivery after business hours.

I love Elegoo products. I now have 5 3D printers by them. First my Elegoo Saturn 2 resin printer that performs great and couldn't be happier. Then I have 2 Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2s and 2 Centauri Carbons. They make great products at excellent prices. Huge fan of them :)

I am a first time 3D printer user and had success with my first projects right out of the box. The user software is intuitive and set default parameters for the different filaments appropriately, but I also see there is plenty of control I can learn to use as needed.
