I noticed they sell newer products in the European stores than they do in the United States stores but when I talk to customer support through email they tried to tell me that they were out of stock when it was never available in my area ..also they have no customer support phone number so talking to support in another country or wherever through email is very difficult when you need to ask questions about buying products . So after back and forth with support in another country they finally understood my message and tried telling me it was out of stock but upon further research I found out the product was never available and the machine was on sale for about $400. So now the 3k machine I was gonna buy from them in no longer in the plans because if there's a problem I have to wait for some jerks on the other side of the world to write me back instead of talking to live customer support to get my situation handle properly in real time and no live sales rep to assist me in sending my money with their company.. God bless and if they ever change their customer support system they might be a really good company

Worst service I’ve ever got tied to the worst 3d printer I’ve ever bought process to make a return was tedious and took forever to get a refund service team doesn’t care about the company image I’m never buying an elegoo product again

I started my journey with Elegoo about 5 years ago. They are not Bambu and that is a good thing. You want the best quality without breaking the bank, you want high quality prints without being attached to a cult. Go with Elegoo. Their new CC2 is amazing and will not disappoint. Plug and play. So many things to print. I will be loyal to Elegoo forever.

I’ve been spoiled by another FDM printer company. As I only knew FDM up until buying this printer. I’ve had one since the MK1. I plugged that in and turned it on and it asked me important questions and set itself up basically. There were issues just like there was was this. The cost of those issues were very cheap and a little bit pricier with this printer. Anyone reading this who is new to printing. If it’s cold where you’re at. Turn your printer on. It’s not smart enough to turn the heat on when it knows temps are low! Manual level your bed and get yourself a 3d printed mount to hang your build plate!

I should have read more and studied more so I can’t truly dock you for certain things. 4 days later I have good prints now and I’m ready to print away as much as I can. I can’t wait for the day that resin printer is beginner friendly to that same level. I see the path there being carved out but until then read and learn to avoid mistakes.
