As of today, id have to leave a generic 3, maybe even a 2. My order looks like it was cancelled and only after I emailed the company did they initiate the order again and shipped my printer. Im glad I emailed, otherwise it may have never been shipped or would have turned into some kind of nightmare. Ill review the product when I receive it and post a review on my youtube channel.

The filament prints excellent and colors are great. Only issue is cardboard spools can be a minor issue at times and shipping updates are hard to follow if order is multiple shipments.

Still haven't received my printer. Their delivery service is terrible so far. I need to be home to get the printer but have no idea where in the US it is. Emailed support and they told me they'll look into it without asking any of my information (email was different than the one the order was placed on too). I would happily pay for a service with item tracking so my $3000 worth of printer isn't left out in the open. I'll amend my rating when the printer arrives and I determine how good of quality it is.

There was a small manufacturing defect, but support was great and made everything right.

As I order for an organization with a receiving dock, but multiple buildings, I absolutely despise not being able to choose FedEx or UPS as a delivery service. You never know where the package will randomly be delivered. If it was my choice, this situation would negate Elegoo as a company that I would do business with. Hence, I will only order what is absolutely necessary.

I have been using the Elegoo PLA+ Filament in my Bambu P2S exclusively and I am loving it. it works great

Over the long term, superior customer and product support cannot be beat. It also helps if you have affordable, bullet-proof dependable products like the Centauri Carbon series. The Centauri Carbon printers are an excellent first printer.

Just purchased the Centurion Carbon 2. It worked great right out of the box, possibly the best print quality I have ever seen. About 2 weeks in it started throw a filament error 1243 and I haven't been able to fix it completely. I reached out to Elegoo customer service and they are sending me a new part but its coming from China. Need to have parts closer for faster customer service.

Although you will have to wait, your printer arrives in days but if you're new everything else follows and takes a week or in my case two for the water-based resin.
Everything comes well packaged to survive todays rough and tumble delivery services and is as advertised. Elegoo's quality is top notch, and their reputation is well deserved. It also took longer to open the box then set up the printer.

My only complaint is why my Mars 4 Ultra build plate doesn't fit in the Mercury Plus V2.0 washing bucket suggested for this machine. Really Elegoo WTF. Had I known this I would have upgraded

I bought the CC1 when it was on sale for $285, plus shipping (which if you give them your email they offer a $30 coupon which covered the shipping for me anyhow). So far the machine has been running non-stop and every print has been much better than I expected. It is a brand I will trust over many others that I have tried!

Fast shipping everything was packaged good!!

My package arrived quickly, it was a 10 pack of pla. The items on the outside of the package were a little dinged up but functional from my standpoint.

I absolutely love how simple and easy the purchasing process was. Not having taxes and shipping fees applied at the end was a great relief.

Liked the canvas system. Disliked how hard it was to get it to print. Had to manually keep adjusting it to get it to print properly. I no longer have the printer. Sold it to get my money back.

Hold for Instructions Requested. For Delivery Issues & Tracking Support for 6 days and no way to find out how or where or if Im to give instructions?

Good pricing and delivery was faster than expected. Great selection of good quality filament

One of the boxes of filament was opened on the end. The filament was close to falling out.

Tracking was not helpful in knowing when order would arrive. Some of the cardboard reels were damaged because of the manner they were shipped with the filament boxes just taped together.
