Excellent Filament at competitive prices

It prints amazing just have woken up to a failed print but besides that it's been hammering out some good articulated animals

It arrived in good condition. The filament prints nice.

The only issue is that Bambu doesn't have presets for Elegoo. That's more on Bambu, but I had to go to the website to see the numbers, as only the print temps were on the spool.

The packaging was excellent, and the printer was easy to assemble. As soon as it finished it's start-up self tests, I was able to print multi color models easily. The improvements to the printer as well as the addition of access via mobile data have worked well.

Very easy to use and print quality is great.

The packaging of filaments needs to be alot better , roll came in damage.

I have had Elegoo printers since my first Mars. I have had many through the years. Mars, Mars pro, Saturn, Saturn 2 , Mercury station, Neptune 4 and now a Saturn Ultra 4. I have had great support with Elegoo and love them. I have had few issues but the support has been great. I have recommended Elegoo to many friends getting into 3d printing.

I have started working with Elegoo filament as I was looking for a more cost effective filament as business has increased. Elegoo has has became that filament. Especially after my last order when, due to no fault of Elegoo's, a placed order was going to be shipped to the wrong address. I reached out to their customer service and Lisa responded quickly and was able to get it corrected. So, not only a satisfactory product but great customer service.

I love the price point, ease of use, and quality (above all else); however, the Elegoo Slicer Software is TERRIBLE. Whatever cloud system that is being used is god awful. I constantly have issues with my Centauri Carbon 2 staying connected to the Elegoo Slicer and now it won't connect at all. I have to use a USB to transfer files. I'm on forums with other Elegoo users who are all having the same issue. Elegoo needs to update the app and Slicer more often.

The Elegoo service is very good though.

I’ve had a few small issues with my century carbon one and customer service says handled all my problems and fix them within days of just conversation

Very affordable printer that works just great! Good speed, pretty much auto everything on calibration with no fiddling around like on my old Ender 3s. Nice camera and time lapse videos. The light in the cabinet has been much improved over earlier models and it gives a fair amount of light when working in the cabinet. I highly recommend this printer!!!

Unlike a lot of companies, when Elegoo launches a new printer, they have stock in country before it starts. My printer arrived 5 days after I ordered it. It's a great machine (Centauri Carbon 2) and works perfectly. They took their time, and did it right.

usbc cable failed sent in a request for help and no response

No confirmation to my order or shipping update or tracking number 10 days after my order when people after me have already received their printer. It’s clear you lost my order and are doing NOTHING to fix this issue.
