I purchased the Elegoo Centauri Carbon bundle. I could not be happier from the packaging to the ease of use. Already off making tools, toys and all of the pre programed items. Although I am looking for the blades that fit the 3d printed Elegoo scraper. A little help there would be nice. Quality 3D Printer.

They charge you extra fees & Color inconsistency
They charge you extra fees, which I'm assuming are customs fees, but nowhere does it EVER tell you that there will be additional fees. Also, there is color inconsistency. The purple refill are not the same as the regular purple filament.

I ordered 5 rolls of filament from them and they all arrived within a week. Great shipping time and no complaints!

The product quality is exceptional
The product quality is exceptional, however the customization of the options for filament like color, material, and features like RFID is the one weakness I see as this makes the ability to get a discount on bulk filament purchases impossible or improbable. It would be nice if you could mix and match based on needs. Even bambu labs doesn't have that level of customization so not a big feature loss.

Not happy with the shipment method
Elegoo just tapes the naked spool boxes together with packing tape and sends them out. They invariably get beat to heck en route and some/all of the cardboard spools end up deformed.

10 rolls of filament lost
Only half of my shipment showed up. Basically, 10 rolls of filament were "lost" with no follow-up to date.

Not the best if you're in a hurry!
We were not impressed with shipping speed. We placed an order for 5 1kg rolls of filament and did not receive it until 12 days later. When it arrived, a couple of the boxes were damaged but thankfully the filament seemed to be OK.

At least one of the rolls was damaged…
At least one of the rolls was damaged during shipping and can’t be used in my AMS without having to reapply it on a good roll. Haven’t opened the other 4 rolls yet.
