Absolutely horrible!
Absolutely horrible!! They have rescheduled our return flight involuntarily and when wanting to check in for the outbound flight, we are not able to check in as the airline has no information for us being on the flight! Our outbound flight is scheduled for tomorrow (Z9HIHJ) and I would like to receive my outbound ticket asap!!

Vaka Trip please help.
Update: Had a worst experience booking with Vaka. My tickets were changed without my consent and then they made me wait another one week to check with some shady ticket supplier that they used to book my tickets if my original tickets could be reinstated.
I kept following up everyday but they didn’t give any deadline. I myself got on a call with airline and resolved issue in just a phone call.
No update as of now. They are just delaying it and their ticketing partner is not also replying to them.
My wife has her tickets booked from Indore to Singapore through VakaTrip. The Airline is Vistara.
They have rescheduled her flight without giving her any intimation. Please reinstate her in the same flight or cancel her ticket and issue the refund.
Her layover has increased from 2 hours to 14 hours and she has a very important event to attand. No contact number to call. Please please someone help. Order number: 3463880017138
Usually in scenario like this agencies give an option to reconsider and cancel.

Since the ticket was issued by our supplier, we assisted in submitting the involuntary rebooking application according to your request at the time, but it may be a problem with the supplier's processing process, which made you wait anxiously for 1 week. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
During the follow-up process, we learned that you contacted the airline to apply for involuntary rebooking to your target flight, and the order can no longer apply for an involuntary full refund.

My flight on Malaysia Airlines from Jakarta to Kuala Lumpur is tomorrow evening. Upon trying to check in today, I found out that my bookings and my son’s are made with incorrect info (correct name but with Mainland China citizenship, therefore with all incorrect passport details - which can’t be changed anymore).

Please fix this problem immediately as I’ll be flying back tomorrow; you’re already suffering very bad review and poorest rating from everyone as of now, so you can start to be more helpful and professional, and try to show some efficiency in fixing this problem for me. Awaiting to hear from you.
