Received incomplete order. Didn't mind as these things happen but it was 80% of my order missing. They ignored the email. Whatsapped the number with full details. My order number, screen shot of what was meant to come, a photo of the tiny package and it's contents. Eventually replied. No apology. No offer for next day delivery. No confirmation of when it will be arriving at all. Minimal limited response. Just really poor. Won't order from them again. It doesn't take a lot to say sorry we messed up your order we will ship it out next day delivery.

All round great company to buy from
I cannot fault these guys at all. Ordered from them 17 times now and refuse to go anywhere else. I done a recent order and got the flavour I wanted however they were refillable pods not the actual vape I ordered. Contacted them, spoke to John and he got back to me instantly, instead of having to return, they are sending me out the actual vape I ordered pretty much free of charge since I donât need to return my pods. Never had any issues with these guys, amazing prices, products, customer service and extremely fast delivery. 10/10 all round. Found out theyâre a small business and hope they thrive because they deserve it.

They advertise 24/7 customer service yet after receiving only half of an order they canât respond to emails and their phone just rings out. No expiry dates or full packaging
Ordered elf bar pods, they arrived not in their outer packaging. Tried a couple of the pods and they donât taste normal but I canât check the dates due to not having the boxes. They also sent me less than I ordered- 11/12 sent. (I have contacted them regarding this and will happily update if this was a one-off or is resolved)
On the website it implies 7 day dispatch in the banner but on a side tab it says dispatch Monday-Friday.
EDIT 03-01-25: They have accepted my request for a refund and say it is usual for them to not provide outer packaging to rescue shipping costs.
