Ordering one weekend - to not receive order until after the next weekend is not acceptable is it - well that's assuming it does turn up next week - galling when you've paid £2.99 extra for postage,
Especially at these top prices.
The stealthy reduction of reward points (some by 75%) has compounded vapeclouds waning appeal.

Love the ijoy mercury, can't get it here in Ireland. So it was nice to see the reviews I watch online on different types of mods I can find not to far away 👌

I ordered £20 of juice on 16/08 they've taken the money still no delivery. Keep getting emails saying they've been flooded and no other response. Tried to call them, but the number doesn't work. Very very very disappointed have asked for a refund but nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Poor service now poor customer relations taking orders when they know fine well they can’t full fill them sending automated generic replies when you make enquiries not answering phone calls late orders I’m afraid they’ve been removed from my preferred shops list sorry guys hahahaha 8 month late with their reply says it all really

Ordered over a week ago, and paid for first class delivery, and still awaiting my items. No one is responding to my messages and emails.
Had heard good things about this company, and my first order and I'm massively disappointed!

reasonable prices and choice but customer service is non existent! Their order confirmation emails include online and telephone contact details for any issues or questions etc. but both are unresponsive. I called their phone number half a dozen times at different times of the day and nobody answered and there was no option to leave a message. Sending emails also resulted in no response so I have given up!

Still waiting on an order placed over a week ago, not impressed.

AWFUL SERVICE! Twice I have ordered with this company. The first time the reason my package was delayed was because the stock room man was on holiday and they had a backlog of orders, after complaining they upgraded my order to next day delivery free of charge so I thought it must be a 1 off problem......... well no! Placed another order, the next day I get an automatic reply via email to say due to the recent flooding in the area orders are running 72 hours behind. So I email and ask to upgrade my delivery which they do to first class post. Now 8 days later I am still waiting on my order and can get mo reply from the company after several emails! This conpanys customer service is terrible. I will not be using this site again and would advise others to stay well clear!!!

Update- still no reply to yet more emails, now 11 days since order was placed.
