Liberty was polite,courteous and very efficient this morning. She went above and beyond all expectations. My replacement car was sitting on my drive 3 hours from the phone call - that is truly amazing. Very pleased.

Driver was very polite. And offered to give me a lift to collect my car which was very helpful.

Car turned up as expected, very clean inside and out.
Delivery driver Ali was very courteous and friendly.

Had a fabulous experience, attentive from the beginning. Called back when they said they would and resolved everything in such a good timely manner, everything was explained and helped someone like me (less tech savvy and unsure)through it all. Thanks.

Was involved in an incident with a markerstudy customer and the whole process has been an utter farce, the latest of when where, although my copley letter states they will provide a vehicle that is suitable for my needs, they don't provide similar size and spec and will only provide S1 class vehicles. At no point was I told this and I would have gone with my own insurer if I had known this. They also won't book the hire vehicle until parts are on site meaning my hire car was booked 2 days before the repair and they took 3 weeks to pay for urgent repairs to my vehicle which rendered it undrivable

They kept me well informed, did what they said they would when they said.
The staff especially the delivery and collection drivers were polite and helpful. The whole process of the replacement car while mine was in the body shop was effortless.

Dealt with by Sam - not our claim, but for the person who hit us. The process was explained clearly and precisely. Fortunately we didn't need to go forward with the claim. However it was lovely to be dealt with in such a professional and caring way...thanks Sam!

Absolutely shocking. Although it wasn’t charged to myself or my insurance company. I couldn’t help but feel for the person at faults insurance company. £27.000 for a courtesy vehicle for 12 weeks. How people get away with charging that much is beyond me. I could have bought the vehicle for less.

The delivery driver (Michael) was amazing nothing was too much trouble in the handover today. He was sat waiting in readiness for my arrival at the planned time and throughout the whole handover process was extremely professional, but friendly and very patient whilst explaining all the mechanics of the hired vehicle to me. He went above and beyond in helping set up the ‘Sat Nav’ with several of my regular destinations visiting family. A BIG thank you to Michael and for the service provided by VRG.

Samantha Knowles you are a asset to this company your very helpful and dealt with my case in days and settlement was far quicker then I expected I hope this company gives you bonus or pay rise as staff like yourself are hard to find these days anyone using this company should ask for Samantha as she’s really good at her job if I could more then 5 stars I would love to 👍

after a no fault accident my wife had cause to receive a courtesy card, these guys couldnt have been more helpful from the get go, then after our car was repaired we received a message advising the car woudl be collected at xx. i then needed otringthem as iw asnt sure about who to ring as my wofes car although it was fixed had a couple of issues so a quick call & i spoke with Kerry who informed me of who the other Co was & got through to them explained the situation & the hire was extended kerry did it all for me so above & beyond by my reckoning a great help so Thank You

This company is an absolute nightmare, they do not give a dame about letting you down and give you a load of waffle. DO NOT USE THEM. How Admiral Insurance or any other insurance company use them is beyond me. I would not have given them one star but had to, to write my review.
