VRG are appointed to assist Customers who are in need of Vehicle Hire and Repair services or require a like for like replacement vehicle as a result of Insurance claim. Subject to Public Holidays we are open Monday to Friday from 8.30 until 6.00pm and 9.00 until 12.00 on Saturdays. Disgusting customer service

Disgusting service.
Clueless. Tried giving me entirely the wrong type of vehicle. More than once, over a few days. Which meant the final, agreed delivery date of the vehicle was pushed back by as many days. Then, while I'm sat waiting for said delivery, they Changed the eventual delivery date. By four days. Via text message. An hour after I was supposed to have received the vehicle! Leaving me stuck without transport. While needing to work and do multiple school runs etc. Absolutely pathetic. The lack of interest from the multiple staff I have had to keep calling, because they don't call back as arranged, again and again, is insulting. Makes you wonder how these jokers are keeping in business
Brilliant service
I had a non fault accident in June 2023 which resulted in me acquiring a hire vehicle which was a Volvo XC90 which was perfect for my needs. ( this replaced my damaged Range Rover)The overall service from start to finish was excellent. Michael who collected the vehicle kept me informed of the collection process and was friendly and polite. Well done VRG

Wow. Lucy. What a credit you are to this business, which must get so many irate customers calling due to Ageas messing around victims of the bad drivers they decide to insure.
I am irate when I’m happy… so I was boiling when I was on hold. Your calming approach - once you’d fully listened to my entire plight - meant that, even after being put back on hold; I was smiling by the end of the conversation.
You are keeper for VRG. I just hope they award you with the appropriate remuneration so as not to see you look elsewhere to see what you’re worth.
If ever you’re treated with anything less than total respect: I’d say you were worth at least £18 per hour to a business like mine.

Excellent car delivery
My vehicle delivery guy, Ali, was professional and friendly, and he told me the exact time he would be dropping off the vehicle. The vehicle arrived in an immaculate condition, this is a very professional and through car hire company. You take pictures of the car when you get it to log any scratches etc.

Our courtesy car was delivered by Ali. His communication was great, giving an hour time slot for the following day. He turned up exactly on time and was thorough with the car handover. He explained everything and was polite and respectful.

Hollie dealt with my claim, we had contact every step of the way, if I had any questions or queries, she answered quickly which was great at such a worrying time. Everything was dealt with in the timescale they set which managed my expectations of how quickly things would be moving. The whole process I felt was handled very professionally, even when I was asking things that probably had nothing to do with Hollie's team!! Thank you

Fast Response - Great Customer Service
I required this hire car due to an accident that occurred early afternoon. Once the hire car was booked, VRG were quick to inform me that a car was available and able to accommodate my needs for a vehicle last minute.
When the driver, Ali arrived, he was very helpful explaining how the ignition and and the how to work the automatic gearbox as this was unfamiliar to me. I would like to highlight this as going above and beyond as this delivery occurred end of day and likely ran into his own time.
