Thomas conducted our home survey 2 years ago when we purchased our home and had a great experience at the time. He walked us through his report live and was available for follow up clarifications. He also recently helped diagnose a water intrusion issue and offered advice on how to organise the repairs. Highly recommend.

We had a Level 3 Building Survey conducted by Smart Home Surveys on a property in Barnet. Adam was extremely helpful in organising the survey and clearly explaining what would and would not be included. Their online tool made it easy to keep track of the booking status and any date changes along the way.

Ian, our surveyor, was exceptionally thorough. His detailed report, along with the helpful phone call discussion that was included as part of the service, saved us from making a huge mistake by uncovering significant structural issues with the property.

We will definitely be using Smart Home Surveys again as soon as we find our next house. Do not hesitate, book them.

Ian carried out the survey and was extremely thorough, and with his knowledge of 30+ years you feel in very capable hands. Adam (Head of Client relations) was of great assistance throughout the process. I have to say, this company stopped me from making a bad purchase decision.

An amazing service from Kirsten! Avery detailed survey but an even better phone call after where she went into lots of detail (even recommended a reorganisation of a bedroom - well beyond the scope of a building survey). Smart home surveys weren't the cheapest but Kirsten worth the investment. Thank you!
