My wife wanted to go back to driving a mini and therefore we went to look at a racing green mini at Vertu Mini in Durham. Christian our sales advisor was amazing in every way. The communication from the very start was outstanding and the process of part exchanging her car was seamless. A great experience
The sales person Andrea made this experience great, buying a new car can be hard work but she made sure it wasn’t, helpful from the first contact to handover. I would normally avoid main dealers but I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Vertu motors Durham are the most professional and helpful dealership that I have EVER I have ever encountered !!!
My representative was Jack, who both demonstrated and eventually sold me my new mini, was nothing short of SUPERB
Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained before I was permitted to drive off with my new Mini Cooper on 15th January 2026. I would not hesitate to recommend both Vertu Durham and Jack for their help and professionalism

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The team, especially Gursavik, was professional and took the time to explain every detail. We never felt any pressure to accept an offer. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership.
