Hello Mr Young. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. Our Manufacturers do sometimes offer us new “display” vehicles which are not available for sale, in order to give potential buyers the opportunity to view a physical car that may have a protracted lead time. I am sorry if this did not meet your expectation or that we could not progress your enquiry further. If you have had conflicting information previously when making an enquiry (we have a record matching you name from 2022?) this is not acceptable and is not our normal standard.
