I walked into the sales room without an…
I walked into the sales room without an appointment, I was allocated Josh and made to feel very welcome. I had already seen quite a few cars at other salesrooms, and was a bit overwhelmed and disillusioned. I knew what I wanted in my new car but salespeople kept trying to redirect me to what they had available. Josh asked me what I wanted, then worked through stuff I did not want or need. We whittled it down until we had MY car. I absolutely recommend Vertu Sunderland and specifically Josh.

“Approved used” seems to mean nothing
“Approved used” seems to mean nothing.
I bought an approved used BMW, when the car engine failed, it transpired that the car does not have full service history.
The result, either keep the car, or they buy it back just above the trade in value.
BMWs customer service response is that it’s not anything to do with them! BMW say it’s down to the dealership…. Yes, the ones who messed up.
They screwed up selling the car and the expect me to stomach any costs involved in replacing it.

Excellent experience of buying a new car
Chris explained how the car worked and introduced me to the dashboard & the apps involved. He also paired my phone & sorted out what was needed to drive the car.
A bottle of Prosecco was provided and rubber mat guards.

Enjoyable new car experience with Vertu
Very well looked after by Vertu Sunderland. Picked up my new car yesterday and very pleased with the overall experience, Chris who looked after my sales process is very knowledgeable.

I walked into the dealership and I was greeted with a smile a hello and an offer of a coffee, good start. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
From start to finish Nicki Kyle and Martin and the team made the buying process very easy, explaining about the brand and offers available with no pressure and time to think.
Once my decision was made the process was very smooth from the car order to handover and drive away, a real pleasure.

We were welcomed in by Josh Winter, instead of rushing us around the cars, he checked if we had time, then offered us refreshments. We sat and chatted about our requirements and Josh advised us about the best choices, in a considerate manner. We purchased a vehicle and would go back to Vertu, and definitely ask for Josh!
