The sales process was fragmented
The sales process was fragmented. It felt like we had to do all the chasing. When we called, we never seemed to reach the person requested, who sometimes did not call us back.

Excellent customer service
James was great in listening to what we needed from a car - and then finding us one that would meet our needs perfectly.
He kept in touch throughout the process and made it stress free.
Would highly recommended.

A wonderful experience with Virtu…
A wonderful experience with Virtu Teesside.
Thoroughly professional and customer focused throughout.
Sam as my direct sales executive was as good as it gets, he left no stone unturned and was always a step ahead of me with my questions. He really knows his profession so well and a delight to do business with.
Also a really nice touch and experience with the senior manager Peter Cross who shared his thanks for the business one two separate occasions. That’s a first for me. Well don’t Vidtu Teesside.
The staff throughout are still friendly and top drawer thank you all.

Absolutely amazing customer service…
Absolutely amazing customer service from Micheal Deo, he explained everything about the car and extras if I wanted them, he was very thorough when demonstrating how the new car functioned and he talked me through how to operate the car in depth making sure I understood everything and was comfortable and happy along the way.

My experience felt really personalised
My experience felt really personalised and Sean was great. Something I really liked was that he was proactive, which for me personally was reassuring and important when making such a big investment.

The overall feel of the garage felt…
The overall feel of the garage felt very professional and trustworthy unlike other garages I had visited. The team were extremely attentive and helpful with everything. They were accommodating to my long working hours and worked around certain hours for phone calls and emails. The process was very easy and smooth - no mishaps or need for thousands of documents.
