Easy, enjoyable seamless experience
I had a great experience with Carl he made the whole thing easy and enjoyable. He even joined in our elaborate surprise for our three kids! I’m thrilled with my new car and couldn’t fault the service they really care and the check ins continue even after you’ve driven away.

The whole process of trading in our existing BMW and buying the new car was made very easy thanks to Chris who we dealt with initially, and Ben, who looked after us for the new car handover. Great experience buying from vertu bmw york. Bought an x3 from them and did the whole process online, couldn't of been any simpler. Every thing signed online, they Delivered my car and took my part exchange car away.

Very good around. Stacy was the sales advisor who dealt with me throughout my most recent mini purchase. I found her to be most helpful, supportive knowledgeable and friendly. She is easy to talk to and always willing to listen and find a solution if I come up with a problem. I would have no problem recommending the staff at Vertu York 100 percent. Thankyou.

Highly recommend Vertu Mini York
All my dealings were with Ben Ray (sales executive) at Vertu Mini York. He was polite and helpful from the get go with no hard sell allowing me time to decide what I wanted without pressure. He has a good sense of humour, was very knowledgable and approachable and I was confident I was being valued as a customer. The buying process was smooth and straightforwards with good communication throughout. Excellent level of service. I thoroughly recommend this dealership.

This is my seventh mini to date
This is my seventh mini to date! The sales staff are always very helpful and take you through everything for a smooth hand over. The premises are clean and warm with a drinks machine and plenty of cars to view.
Very happy with everything and love my new car.

My third new MINI...
This is the 3rd new Mini I have bought from Rebecca Gibbons at Vertu York. From first contact with Rebecca, to driving my new car from the showroom, I have had excellent customer contact & service, no question too small. Rebecca kept me informed throughout the process & talked me through the features of the new car.

Honest review
We first went looking for a BMW in Harrogate, but the salesman was blunt, rude and we got the feeling he wasn't taking us seriously. We then travelled to York where Cameron invited us in to show what was available for used cars within the company. Whilst in there, we sat in a series 1 and we began talking figures. Cameron asked his boss Dan to join the conversation to agree between us what we wanted in the car, and how the PCP works. Coffee kept flowing and we felt we were in good hands and signed up. Another 3 weeks and it would have been a 26 plate, bit disappointing but the car is beautiful and just what we wanted. Big thanks to Cameron and Dan.

I had a very enjoyable experience at…
I had a very enjoyable experience at Vertu York BMW buying my first M car. The staff and my point of sales contact Neil were very professional and friendly, guiding me through the entire purchase journey. The car was immaculate, and fully looked after.

My experience has been great
My experience has been great, Jack Foster at Vertu Renault york made the process so easy. Once I took the car home I noticed a couple of minor issues and Jack is helping to rectify these. Would 100% recommend them and of course Jack.
