Great customer service by Liam Kirk
Great customer service by Liam, there was an issue with the centre not opening on time; but Liam could see that I was waiting, so he came over, explained what was happening and apologised. He then went through the booking in process with me, and called me to say my car was ready to collect, all very efficient.

Great guys who helped me through the change from a Seat to a BYD.

I seen a car at Vertu Motors BYD Hartlepool showed my interest, within minutes I got a video call off Ethan.The call was very thorough and he was very polite saying stage by stage what to do next if I was interested in motor.I went to Hartlepool to have a test drive and loved the car and made deal there and then.No pressure very relaxed no issues.Would recommend to anyone wanting car great service.Thank you all so much 👍👍👍

Good experience had at vertu BYD Hartlepool
From start to finish I had a wonderful experience. Very welcoming, friendly, polite salesman. From seeing the car, test driving it and buying, Ethan Huntley went through everything, explaining everything clearly so I understood. All staff very polite and helpful.

Working with a limited budget, Ethan (Hartlepool Vertu) found us the perfect Nissan Juke. Cannot fault the service we received, Ethan was helpful, professional and very personable, and we are delighted with our car.

Fantastic Dealership
Fantastic Dealership. Found a car on their website and phoned for details and a price to change. Arranged and went for a test drive. Everyone at Hartlepool was welcoming and friendly. As a returning customer, we bought our nissan qashqai yesterday... All the BYD staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. A special mention to Ian who looked after us along the way and helped make us feel at ease which made it all the more an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Hartlepool

Delighted with car purchase
We were thinking of replacing our old C Max, so visited Monday 29 Dec just to get an idea about the current market. Had no intentions of proceeding until early in the new year. While there they came up with an available Puma ST Line X at another branch which ticked all our boxes including extras. Arranged to get it transferred for a test drive. Came next day and agreed to purchase. All very quickly sorted and was able to drive it away next day leaving our old CMax behind in part purchase
Nathan and colleagues could not have been more friendly and helpful and so started the new Yearin happy frame of mind
