All made very easy, friendly service.

Sarah came to hand our car over. She was absolutely amazing very chatting, helpful and warming offering hot drinks too which is really good.

As a returning customer, we bought our nissan qashqai yesterday... All the BYD staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. A special mention to Ian who looked after us along the way and helped make us feel at ease which made it all the more an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Hartlepool

We were thinking of replacing our old C Max, so visited Monday 29 Dec just to get an idea about the current market. Had no intentions of proceeding until early in the new year. While there they came up with an available Puma ST Line X at another branch which ticked all our boxes including extras. Arranged to get it transferred for a test drive. Came next day and agreed to purchase. All very quickly sorted and was able to drive it away next day leaving our old CMax behind in part purchase

From start to finish,Gina was excellent.Very knowledgable and professional, always cheery. I could tell from the start that Gina was happy in her role and would do anything to make the purchase as smooth as possible. Communication from start to finish was top notch!Although there was a small problem with the car, it was sorted, so thank you!

My experience was disappointing due to a consistent lack of attention to detail. For example, I was advised to pay luxury VED, which I did, upon collection of my vehicle, I read all documents and needed to point out that the VED was standard rate. I was advised my £410 over payment was “a simple mistake”. I did receive my refund.
Simple instructions were missed, e.g. I repeatedly requested the vehicles paper and digital full-service history. This was eventually provided, several weeks, and numerous email reminders later. Within my email replies, I was referred to as ‘mate.’ A term, I do not associate with professionalism.
I made several attempts to escalate my concerns with the Sales Manager; however, I was left feeling that my concerns as a customer were not a priority.
It felt as though accuracy was not a priority, which made the entire process more frustrating and time consuming than it needed to be.
I expected a more professional and thorough approach, but unfortunately the customer service and support fell short. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service and support.

Excellent service from Leon who communicated efficiently and understood our needs. He also made the part exchange process exceptionally smooth when we came to the end of our PCP contract

This is a great company, used Vertu Hartlepool to buy a new BYD EV, all staff so helpful and nice, they really go out of their way to do things for you and accommodate you.
There were no pushy sales people at all, just kind helpful staff who made the buying process a breeze, walking into the showroom and saying the exact model and colour I wanted, they sourced a brand new one at one of their other locations so I didn't have to wait for the colour i wanted, and they had it transported and everything done and ready to go in a couple of days.
Gina who sorted everything including my constant questions daily, even came in on her day off to hand the car over so i could pick it up on my day off.
Will definitely be using Vertu for cars in future.

Just bought a 2023 Ford Focus from Vertu hartlepool. First purchase from Hartlepool but have bought all my vehicles from Vertu Group over many years.
I was assisted by Ethan Huntley who was very patient and could not do enough for me. He was patient, professional and honest. He even delivered my car to my home some 40-50 miles away from the dealership. Excellent staff, including Glenn, and I would recommend this dealership without question.

I went to look at getting a new car and didn't really know what I wanted to get. Josh was very helpful from the minute I stepped into the showroom. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable on the different cars, taking an interest into what I would be using the car for and if there was anything in particular that would be needed. Josh made the full experience relaxed and straight forward.
