Excellent dealership
I've just bought a car through vertu citroen derby. They made the whole process very easy and took the stress out. I part exchanged at the same time. All the staff we met were very friendly. And no pressure from the sales department, they were just truly helpful. Trying to accommodate around my budget. Thanks again to the sales team and service department. Can highly recommend. Excellent customer service from all staff. In particular our Sales advisor was polite, efficient and helpful throughout the purchase of our new car. She made the whole process a pleasant experience.

Well Scott Burton was a fantastic rep he is extremely thorough on explaining everything and showing you about the things in the car ,especially as we are not techno knowledgeable, so fingers crossed we will have happy driving experience in the car as we had the Dacia sandero stepway before .

Picked up a great little car from Vertu…
Picked up a great little car from Vertu this weekend at a great price, and Katie was so helpful from start to finish! She even offered to arrange pick up from the train station I was arriving at. Couldn't recommend Vertu more highly enough!

Great team at vertu motors Derby
Always use vertu motors Derby. Have never had a problem in all my years of driving hopefully that will continue. This has been my 4th car I have had from them . Im sure if I do have any problems they would soon solve them . Many thanks to Daniel and the team at Derby.

Regan , was so helpful in helping me decide which car was best for me to purchase , there was no hard sell technique, in fact it took a couple of weeks , took a couple out on test drives , nothing was too much trouble

Had such a lovely experience with all at Vertu Citroen Derby. Aaron, Pete and Mollie all couldn’t have been any more helpful and I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody.
