Interested in buying a car from there Derby site but was completely dissatisfied with there response. I was willing to pay for a cash sale over £12,000 for the car ,however the extras they put on the sale £30 fuel and £190 road tax which should have been free of charge as a thank you for buying the car from them
Very poor sales pitch but not what you expected from large company, you should have expected much better service There is other car sales companies who offer a much better service.

Katie was a credit to your organisation. She was helpful, approachable, efficient and professional throughout the whole process of buying a used car through Vertu. She gave me plenty of time to ask questions and sought advice on servicing queries I had. I did not feel rushed or pressurised at any time. There was a good selection of used cars in my price range to look at.

Katie at Vertu in Derby was fantastic, she explained everything about the new car in detail. She wasn't pushy, no hard sell on anything, which I appreciated. Kind friendly and understanding, highly recommend 👍

Friendly staff who were able accommodate our wishes, explaining sufficiently to get us going.
The only disappointing aspect is the Drivers Handbook! Printed rather too small with pictures that are even smaller makes it very difficult to use. The fact that so much of what a user might require is on the digital handbook is laughable especially as it was unavailable when I tried to get on to it!
4/10 for the handbook, 10/10 for Vertu.
Perhaps if sufficient complain about the handbook something might be done to improve it. Please pass my comments on.

Exchanged my beloved Peugeot for a more 'grown up' car, got fab service from Saffron, lots of reassurance due to the recent recalls, impartial advice and genuine interest and passion for her role. It was lovely to deal with her too. I didn't feel pushed into anything, felt I was in good hands and the aftercare has been pleasant too, as found the tyre inflator missing and had some questions. Trusting these are being rectified isn't too stressful, as built the trust.
Wouldn't hesitate to contact Citroen Derby in the future.

Buying a new car should be a nice experience and this time it was not having to haggle to much and still feeling we got a good deal. Jason was pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable about the car and very willing to make sure we we’re happy with the car.

Purchased a vehicle from here, all fine to start, but the washer pump stopped working within 6 months, that's fine as they "gave" me a years warranty that I can take it to any vertu and they'll fix it. So booked in to my local vertu to save me over an hour driving back and forth to derby. Next appointment was a month away, took it in for the day and by the end of it they said they where unable to find the issue.... its the washer pump. So had to ring citroen derby and get booked in there. Another month wait as they didn't have earlier for a "free" loan car... That you still have to pay £20...anyway went to this appointment and dropped the car off all day, found the issue was the washer pump, but couldn't fix it as they don't have them. So had to book in again... Another month wait but this time didn't have a loan car so had to sit and wait. Finally got it fixed yesterday after a 3 month wait. The amount of times I was going to get a call back that day or tomorrow that never happened and I had to ring myself was in the dozens. To buy a car was fine but the warranty is a joke, just avoid it as it'll cost you way more in the long run.

I had the pleasure of dealing with the Citron dealership, a sales representative called Saffron and I could not have had a better experience. She helped me find my new car, listening to my needs and exceeding them. I cannot recommend this dealership, branch and sales representative more.

Bought a new Skoda Elroq from Vertu in Derby. Great experience from first contact and ordering, through to collection and hand over. Great service from Mark Pashley in particular, sales exec there, who went out of his way to make our buying journey stress free and straight forward.

What a wonderful car buying experience from start to finish! Citroen Derby is the place to go, but mainly because of the lovely Saffron who was the best 😊 She was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, no problem. Plus she is generally overall a lovely girl! Thank you so much for all of your help and we absolutely adore our new car 🚗 Also a big thank you to Ryan for managing to get our car mats, literally as we was going to walk out of the door and Mollie for being so professional. Thank you ❤️

Scarlette was our "named advisor", she was very helpful in answering any questions. When it came to having to attach different paperwork and return them, both my husband and I are of an age where we were not brought up with computers, so found it difficult . Scarlett said to bring any documents in, and she took about 5 minutes to sort it out for us.! On the day we collected our new car, she said if there any issues re driving it, to come back to the garage, and she would take me out for a drive , to show me how a hybrid car was slightly different from our previous car. We managed to get home in one piece, and absolutely love our new car.!!

Excellent service from Saffron - commitments made and delivered; on time, in full. The whole process was transparent, and painless. Possibly the easiest car purchase I've ever made.
