It’s wonderful to know that Fitz Martin and the management team guided you through the process without any pressure, helped you find a vehicle within your budget, and ensured everything was prepared exactly as agreed for collection.
It’s also great to hear how clearly Fitz explained the vehicle’s functions and supported you in setting everything up before driving away — we're so pleased the overall experience has been a good one.
Thank you as well for raising the couple of issues you've noticed since taking the car home. We’re confident Fitz will get these sorted for you when you next speak with him, including the missing rear window ‘V’ and the mismatched rear offside mat.
