We are disappointed to read your review and do not recognise the version of events described. Our team attempted to assist you professionally by providing advice based on your Motability eligibility and vehicle change timeframe, with the intention of ensuring you received the most appropriate experience closer to your renewal date. Whilst we appreciate you were unhappy with this advice, we do not accept that the level of language and behaviour directed towards our dealership and contact centre colleagues was appropriate.
We would also like to clarify that the Sales Executive involved does not smoke and therefore we dispute this allegation. We remain committed to maintaining a respectful environment for both our customers and colleagues at all times.

As part of our customer care, we do make follow-up calls and send emails to ensure our customers are happy with their vehicle and experience. We also contact customers regarding service plans that may not have been taken out at the point of sale or collection, as we aim to make sure all available options and support are offered.
