We’re sorry to hear that you feel frustrated by our follow-up process. As part of our customer care, we do make follow-up calls and send emails to ensure our customers are happy with their vehicle and experience. We also contact customers regarding service plans that may not have been taken out at the point of sale or collection, as we aim to make sure all available options and support are offered.
